Alejandro was professional, patient, and extremely thorough. He explained my prescription clearly and made sure I fully understood what it meant for my vision and daily screen use. He took his time, answered every question confidently, and never rushed the process. What stood out most was how carefully he helped me select the right frame. He didn't just suggest options, he made sure the frames sat properly on my face, suited my features, and were comfortable. His attention to fit and aesthetics was impressive. Equally important was the complete transparency around pricing. He clearly explained: * Cost with insurance * Cost without insurance * What each lens option included * Exactly what I was paying for There was zero confusion and zero pressure just honest, straightforward guidance. And I have to emphasize that Costco's pricing is significantly more economical than other optical providers even without insurance. If your insurance is accepted, the value is incredible. But even if it isn't, the pricing is still exceptional compared to other providers. The quality-to-price ratio here is hard to beat. This was one of the best optical experiences I've ever had. Alejandro represents the Sterling Costco Optical Department at the highest level. I highly recommend both him and this location. Five stars without hesitation.

The customer service was the best I have seen. Edgar was wonderful. He was really patient and helped me pick the best lenses and frames. Quite happy to have come here although I have other Costcos closer to me. And the prices were much cheaper here although I went for brand name frames.

Great prices on lenses and frames and they accept your insurance on top of that. The prices here are so much better than what I ALMOST paid at the mall vision store (although the guy at the mall vision store was so helpful and friendly as well). We were assisted by Corey, who was friendly, patient, and well informed on the products. It was overall a great experience. I really appreciate great people and great service. I ended up getting my prescription at a different Costco location because I hadn't decided on a frame that day and this Costco was not the closest to me.

Great service!!! Good frame selection, and the best prices ever. I went to two other opticals and Costco prices are beyond better for the same features. They accepted my insurance as well. Plus if you get a second pair like I did, it is another $50 off!!!!!

Specific to the in-warehoise optical center...they are great! Corey, I believe that was the gentleman's name, was very helpful and extremely patient with my 84yo mother. He actually listened to all her questions, called her optometrist do have them fax the second script she forgot, and ensured she got a great price on her glasses. They get very busy; but they keep their composure and work each customer as though they are the #1 priority at that moment. Great job!

I hadn't had an eye exam in two years, and wore my last pair of monthly contacts for, likely, three months (just not every day). Dr. Krause and team do a GREAT job, and I couldn't be happier. Convenient scheduling, good location, thorough / professional exam, and new contacts that simply feel wonderful.
