Dr Butera is so amazing! It had been quite a few years since we had been in. She still remembered our family. She is personable, efficient and wonderful with children! My daughter can be resistant at any doctor's appointment because she doesn't fully understand what is going on. Dr Butera makes it seem easy as she gets my daughter to actually enjoy her appointment.

The care portion of the visit was top notch. My appointment was for 9 AM. When I arrived, at 8:50, the door was locked, two other patients were waiting in the lobby. That grew to 5 before the door was opened.. The greeting was cool, and procedural. Could have shown a little regret for opening late.

Despicable bedside manner. My 11 year-old boy left crying because of how rude the doctor was. Her sarcasm and complete lack of empathy left him never wanting to return to get his eyes checked. The doctor completely shamed him and when he didn't answer the questions she asked him in the way she expected, she told him he failed the test, and his face absolutely fell. With a complete lack of empathy she did not even notice the tears in his eyes or that he looked upset. This is the second time we have endured this treatment. Even worse, when I checked out they held his prescription hostage and said I needed to pay an extra $60 for them to hand me his prescription. What??? They kept saying, we have a new company. It's a different company. It's the new company. Any medical office with integrity would have let me know that a specific test was not covered by the authorization I received from my insurance company. They did not. Even so, it turns out all the services Should've been covered. Since my son desperately needs glasses to succeed in school, I paid the hostage money. I will never return and I will take every action necessary to get my money back, Including litigation.

Saw Dr Mahboobi, she is an amazing doctor. We travel quite a distance to see her. She is worth it. Always does a great job for my husband and I. She makes the practice shine. You will love her. She cares about her patients

The visit was very professional from the check-in process with the receptionist. Then continued with the triage nurse that explained all the diagnostic testing for assessing my Eye health. The optometrist reviewed prior test results with current results, then explained that within the last year minimal changes with continuing Eye issues.

I got eye surgery here and they are very professional. But two complaints, first being their reschedule/missed appointment fee is high and a straight cash grab hidden behind a statement attempting to make it sound like they are protecting other patients. Secondly they change their policy so often I spend more time reading and signing their new policies then I do getting my exams.

Medical staff is great but the front desk staff is not the best. I arrived on time for an appointment my grandma had scheduled. We proceeded to wait for 45 minutes before we were seen. I asked the medical provider why they are running behind and why we were not notified of the wait time. The provider said that we were checked in for our appointment "not too long ago" and asked if we were late ourselves. So the girls at the front desk are not doing their job! They don't communicate with patients. They are distracted talking to each other, they check in patients late! Extremely disappointed with their front desk. However, that being said, their medical providers are great. They just need either new staff at the front or an office manager that will keep their front desk in check.

My experience at this location with the reception has been poor. The ladies at the front desk have minor knowledge to answer basic questions. Especially on the phone, they hang up as soon as they can. The lady I just got off the phone with abruptly hung up when I was trying to confirm the time of my appointment. I understand they may be busy, but I don't believe that justifies having 4 ladies at the desk where they all are disrespectful to patients. Pretty disappointing since the doctor and assistants have been so great for my appointment yesterday. I believe they are unprofessional for a sophisticated office with great peer staff. Perhaps they need some customer service training I don't want to call here again.
