I had a great experience at New Era Eyecare. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, which made everything easy from the start. Dr. Dye was thorough, explained everything clearly, and was very kind. The exam and contact fitting felt modern and efficient with their advanced technology. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years and Mary is always such a pleasure to work with. Always has a bright smile and super helpful! Today my visit was with Dr. Chang and she is such a refreshing optometrist! It seems like she loves what she does and truly cares about the patient. She was very thorough in her explanations and I haven't received that superb level of care from any other optometrist! Highly recommend having your visit with Dr. Chang.

Dr. Khanh Chang was fabulous. Very thorough exam and explained everything to me and took her time and answered all my questions. The employee checking me out explained by benefits to me and advised what would be the best use of my benefit. Great experience from scheduling, checking in, exam, and checking out. I have been going to New Era Eyecare in Sterling for several years now and remain very happy with them. Exams are efficient, staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to their clientele.

Dr. Elizabeth Ton was amazing with my 7-year-old twins. One of them went to another office, and the experience there wasn't the greatest. They didn't have any glasses that our insurance would cover, so I called around and found this office. They were able to see my other twin same day. My daughter has pretty bad allergies, which sometimes require eye drops, and it is always an ordeal to get them in. I was quite anxious and all ready to hold her down when Dr. Ton said she needed to dilate her eyes with the drops to complete the eye exam. My daughter got very upset, and I thought we'd have to come back another day or go somewhere else. Dr. Ton stepped outside with me to give her a little break and reassured me that we would get it done without forcing her, since she didn't want her to associate that experience every time she needs eye drops in the future. She was so kind and patient. We went back in, and she was able to help me assure my daughter that she was safe and that the drops would be easy. We got it done, and we were all so happy and proud. She is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner, and the front staff was very kind as well. Recommend 10 out of 10
