This location has some of the best and friendliest people and very easy to feel welcomed and heard. I took a while to choose a frame and every visit they were super helpful and attentive. When I had an issue with my frame and wasn't happy, Viviana was the savior and fixed it so quickly. Super happy with the service every time

The staff including the optometrist was courteous and professional. They help me select quality frames and lenses. They took the time to explain the features and benefits of the lenses I selected. Overall a great experience. They made the process easy and comfortable. I left satisfied with my purchase. Kudos to Juan and Team.

Visit was great, the doctor and team were super attentive and accommodating. I appreciate that they took the time to get all my input clearly and provided me options and help all along the way. Mama Fox was also great in helping pick frames!

Our experience last year was great. Having had come from a different eye glass retailer because of ridiculous prices, Vision works really did a great job in helping us use the benefits with our insurance to have barely no out of pocket costs. Fast forward to last month it was our first time getting the kids and my eyes examined here and the optometrist did a great job with us all. The person who helped us pick out glasses "mama Foz" did a great job in helping us pick glasses that fit our face. Previously our youngest had glasses that were a little too small and our oldest had ones that were too big. The glasses chosen by size for the face was great. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the checkout process. I had been in the back with my youngest getting her and my vision checked and my husband was with our big two. When I asked to see the charges she said "everything is like it was last year" and wouldn't let me look. I tried to several times but she said "I went over everything with your husband and everything was like it was last year ". So I was extremely surprised when the bill was $300+. I got the receipt and when I got home I looked at it and saw charges for the protection plan approx $50/ each and missing transitions for 2 kids. I thought maybe they didn't want the transitions since I wasn't there when it was chosen. However, I never wanted the protection plan for all of us just our youngest who is 9 years old. Our teens have never broken their glasses so I've never had a protection plan for them or myself. I was also never told I'd be charged for changing the color of my sunglasses, otherwise I would've kept the original color. Today we went to pick up the glasses and the young lady helping us was great. She checked if the two kids glasses that wanted transitions had them but they did not. Transitions are fully covered by our insurance which includes the blue light that we had been charged additional for. I asked for a refund on the protection plan for myself and the two teens glasses but being Sunday she didn't have a manager there to help. She was very nice and trying to help us as much as she could. She took my number down to have a manager call me tomorrow. We also now have to wait 2 more weeks to get the remade glasses with transitions for 2 of our kids. Overall I would still come to vision works but I won't pay until I see all charges given this experience. I knew we would pay some for the retinal images and for my youngest protection plan but I didn't realize how much more she added without my consent and the omission of transitions that 2 of my kids wanted.

My visit to Visionworks went absolutely well. I had made an appointment online, got there on time and was attended right away. Viviana greeted me kindly and helped me throughout the whole appointment. She greeted me, did my eye exam and even went beyond to help me pick out the perfect glasses. Dr.Quinn was also amazing and very kind. All around amazing visit because of Viviana.

My experience was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted and immediately given my preliminary eye exam. Dr. Quinn performed sone additional tests and clearly explained the results . Then the receptionist explained the different glasses, options, and costs. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this VisionWorks to anyone needing an eye exam.

Terrible assistance on the front desk. I never went beyond the appointment making process! I made the appointment via their cyber assistant on the phone early in the morning. Then nobody called to verify insurance or any details. So in the afternoon I called to make sure I knew what to expect. The person on the phone basically told me my insurance only covered my exam (which is all I was scheduled for) but that I was better off with their discounts. Then I got a red flag, are they only interested on anything they can sell you after the exam. When I asked why I was better off not using my insurance he said "I don't know HONEY. Why don't you call your insurance first and find out yourself?". Needless to say I dropped both appointments I was making on the spot. Unprofessional to the least! No way I'm signing up as a client!

Honestly, the worst visionworks I have ever seen. Very slow and you feel like they don't have a system. Glasses are taking too long to arrive. I am put on hold when I call. Very shady place and even the experience of making the glasses was like flipping me. The smell of the store is always bad too. They never heard about air refresher All the experience from the time you walk in to get the glasses is horrible for real.
