Very clean, efficient and professional. For my wife's appointment, she felt that she was left to wait for an unusually long time in the examination room before she could see Dr. Reisner. But his examination was thorough, as always, and he explained his findings and diagnosis clearly. We will return to see Dr. Reisner again next year,

Hi there the dr. Was excellent and caring.. he knows what's is going on with your eye i highly recommend to see him.. also very humble and professional.. however.. the receptionist were Very ..bad .. i never seen such rudeness.. specially the girl who is sitting at the front need to learn how to communicate with patients... but the guy who was next to her was much better and helpful....

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided this was the ophthalmologist I was looking for, but it's a shame that when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist told me there was no one there who spoke Spanish. They normally offer a translator for video calls during appointments, but she told me they didn't, and that if I wanted an appointment, I'd have to bring someone to help me with Spanish. However, that's impossible for me, as the people who could be with me are working. It's not that I don't speak English, but I have a bit of a hard time understanding it. It's a shame

He was awesome. Very professional but warm and I felt it ease right away. I was there for evaluation but he decided to do the procedure right then. That made my life so much easier. I only have one eye and it had a lens from a cataract surgery that was never polished. So I've been walking around for almost 20 months unable to see and wearing two pairs of glasses on my head. I still need glasses however I can see things much better. I appreciate his demeanor and kindness.

The front desk staff were fine--check-in was simple enough. However, I was blown away by Dr. Reisner's assistant, Julie--she was so kind, thorough, and attentive. In today's environment, people typically interrupt you, rush you along, and don't even bother listening. Julie was just the opposite. I was then pleasantly surprised to discover that Dr. Reisner was just as warm, professional, and attentive. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and care. It's sad that I'm so shocked by positive in-office experiences like this one lol

He is simply the best! My mom won't see anyone else but him. His staff are so gracious and friendly! Thank you for everything! Also special thanks to Ms. Andrea who is at the front desk!

Dr. D. Reisner was very professional and easy to talk to. He is very good at listening to the questions from the clients and answering them in a clear manner. His assistant doing the preliminary tests was also very good.

I had a fabulous experience at the eye center and with Dr. Reisner! I had the LASIK procedure a little over a week ago and from my first consultation to my recent follow up the staff were great. Everyone is professional and kind and I felt they did a thorough exam and testing to be sure they would get me the best vision before approving me for surgery. Dr. Reisner was so kind and very helpful during the surgery as was his assistant Rachel. They kept reassuring me that I was doing well and the surgery was going great. My recovery went well and at my last visit I saw at 20/15 which is the best vision I've ever had. I have astigmatism in both eyes and I'm amazed at the vision I have now. I'm so glad I went through with the surgery and wish I had done it sooner.
