Would recommend going to InSight Eye Optique in both Cascades and Brambleton! The team was welcoming at Cascades was welcoming, helpful and timely! We got lucky and both times we went, we arrived early and they did what they could to allow us to be seen a little early by the Dr.
Both of my teens were able to get seen and had their very best pair glasses picked out in no time! The options were perfect! The glasses arrived in less time than expected... that was a plus!
We were fortunate to be able to take our first set of "broken" glasses to the Brambleton location and they gladly looked at them and put them back together! Both offices are top notch!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Wood for two years now, since we moved to the area.
She's very friendly, professional and assertive. It's always a great experience as she goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable wearing the contacts and that the brand she recommends is a good fit for you and the prescription is adequate.
She also has a pleasant and competent office staff, they are very transparent and tell you upfront the cost of additional services like the retinal imaging.
And it's also very refreshing that they don't try to sell you any glasses or contacts, you can just walk out happily with your prescription.
Will keep coming here for all my eye needs.

In short:
there are so many others who respect the patient, so choose them and don't set an appointment here.
Long story:
These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. They setup my appointment for 4:30 in the same day I called and I told them it is very important to have this appointment today. When I got there, the shop was closed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them, and they totally forgot they had me at 4:30 although the working hours are till 6. They closed and went home. I called them, she had no idea I was setup at 4:30, she looked at their appointments, found me and made an excuse on the fly : " the doctor had an emergency " . When I confronted why didn't you call me to cancel the appointment, she said just " Sorry". And even she asked me do you want to reschedule? !!!! WTH. Are you guys serious?
