Dr. Reisner's exam was excellent.
The reception staff treated me rudely, as usual. I don't understand what their problem is. Sample comment after I arrived, signed a sheet of paper that all patients sign initially. I waited for several minutes while the main receptionist wasn't helping anyone. Finally I spoke up:
Me, "Hello. Can you check me in."
Receptionist: Go sit down. We'll call you when we're ready.
Me: Don't you want me to sign in?
Receptionist, speaking with a snarl: I don't know who you are!

They were very backed up with their appointments and there was a long wait time. However, they were able to assist me, after a delay, since I was unable to reschedule for another day and time due to travel.

Individuals are working on new software which is creating quite a hassle in the administrative section. Phones get put on hold and told to stand by sometimes more than 6 minutes. Additional help is clearly needed in the administrative section

My refraction, which is complex, was done by an aid and not checked by the ophthalmologist. As an RN I questioned this twice and was told that was good enough. My well experienced Optician saw the order yesterday and refused to order my new lenses until she talked to Dr. Yu as they were drastically different from any previous order. Guess it's sayonara for this group! Be careful! And I liked her too, shame.
