Colonial Eye Care

If I could give no reviews for this place, I would. I went because they had so many positive reviews. Makes me wonder if those were paid for!! My son went and was billed for $189 outside of his insurance. The co-pay for the exam was only $10, how did he come away paying $189. They told him he needed a comprehensive exam, which he assumed was part of the regular eye exam. They nickeled and dimmed him for test that an older person should have. He's only 22. I have since educated him on how businesses will take advantage of you if you are not 100% sure on what you need and don't need before you get there. This place will absolutely take advantage of you and your money. Be very aware!!!! He literally paid for services that were medically unnecessary and I will filing a complaint the licensing board for this today!!!

The entire team was wonderful- welcoming, kind, caring, and respectful. Dr. Stahr is amazing, I felt confident my needs were being taken seriously and fulfilled. He took his time, made me feel comfortable, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The tech was super helpful as well and the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The real star of the show is the wonderful guy who helped me find my new glasses!

Everyone was very friendly. My eye exam was completed quickly and professionally. Everything that was done was explained, including costs. New technology allowed me to fully understand my exam. When I ordered my glasses, all the expenses were clearly outlined. My experience was delightful and I will recommend them to others.

Love the team at Colonial Eye Care! Dr. Brent always takes the time to ensure I have the perfect prescription and best sight solution for my life. And he is willing to work through multiple options until we get it right. I've never been so satisfied with eye care. 5 stars.

The front desk was very fast and efficient, the assistant seemed very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions, the Doc was very kind and explained everything that we were looking at. For a diabetic exam it was very good and helpful to understand my eye health. Glad we have great doctors and their teams in our area.

Love everything about this practice. Dr. Pierce is thorough, knowledgeable, and cares! The staff made me feel welcome, listened to my issues, and was great at communications.

An uplifting facility, bright and welcoming and the employees very available and helpful. About a five minute wait time. They have a large selection of frames that look very inviting even though I don't need classes yet!! Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Colonial Eye Care. The entire office staff front desk sets the tone for the whole visit by being friendly and welcoming. Dr. Segeleon is great! The exam is very thorough. He always takes the time to explain the tests and results in detail and answer any questions in a friendly manner. I appreciate that he also takes the time to chat and get to know his patients. His assistant Carly is also nice. Ray in Optical is friendly , helpful, competent and extremely patient.
