Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Dr Ambrose is a wonderful provider and very attentive to specific patient concerns and always has time to spend with you during visits to make sure all those questions are addressed. Worth the 45 min drive for peace of mind.

This office is phenomenal. From the front desk staff to the ladies that perform eye testing they are all outstanding. Dr. Lodwick is extremely knowledgeable about idiopathic intercranial hypertension. This facility has scanners for the eyes where you do not even need your eyes dilated it's a pain free experience. The lady that helped me with finding glasses, and staff at checkout were also exceptional. I highly recommend this office for a regular eye exam or a more serious eye condition they truly give beyond excellent care.

Not only is Dr. Lundberg thorough, professional, kind and up to date with the latest technology and taking care to explain her diagnoses and recommendations, the staff is exceptional in making me always feel at ease and treated with respect. Doctor is very good. Front desk and eyeglass fitting staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had to call about my annual appointment, and phone calls always seem to go to voicemail. Staff didn't call me when my contacts came in, so I had to call them to ask for a status update (they were already there). Rebates - they will mention them, but won't give you the rebate paperwork unless you ask for it. Had to ask for a contact receipt for the rebate as well. All of this should be provided without the customer having to ask for it. The eyewear staff have messed up glasses for my wife. I've often thought of changing eye care clinics. Not sure why I keep putting my family through this. The mumbled phone call I received today to remind me of my appointment (I just had my appointment, so not sure who they are calling for) reminded me it was time to do a review. I actually feel sorry for the doctor here, as the front desk staff and eyeglass techs bring this locations score down, and she doesn't deserve that.
Update: Spoke to office manager, so she now understands my concerns and comments.

They have it all knowledge, professionalism, courteous, friendly, make you feel at ease. The list goes on and on.
Also, I wished I knew her name the girl that called me from the waiting room and took me to the room and tested my vision before I saw the doctor. I had her the last time as well.
