The whole experience here is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. The staff truly cares about taking care of you and is very knowledgeable. They are patient, helpful, and go above and beyond to help you out. If you need medications, the doctors are fabulous about being quick and efficient at getting you what you need. If you are like me and have a zillion questions and are very particular, you are in great hands because everyone is attentive, patient, and just wants you to be comfortable. They have wonderful options for frames with various styles and pricing options as well!

The entire staff is absolutely lovely, kind and helpful. Appointments are pleasant from start to finish. I've had 2 urgent situations arise since I started coming to this office about 6 years ago and both times they went above and beyond to help. I also bring my daughter here and they are fantastic with her and always make suresure that she is comfortable during her appointments.

I've been seeing Dr. Meadows for years, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Her team is always professional, friendly, and efficient, and they make the entire process seamless from start to finish. You're treated with care and respect, and the office has such a healthy, welcoming environment. Dr. Meadows truly cares about her patients and provides excellent care every time.

We had a wonderful experience at Eastern Eye Associates in Williamsburg when I took my boys in for their eye exams. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made the whole process smooth and stress free, especially for the kids.

I met with Dr. Gemma Meadows at my recent initial visit to Eastern Eye along with two of her assistants. All three women were professional and courteous. They answered questions respectfully and gave me useful information. The two receptionists I worked with were also friendly. It was a great overall experience.

Consistently poor service. Selection is average, optimetrists are good. I have come in a couple times as an established customer just asking for a simple eyeglasses related fix, like a small screw or nasal pad or adjustment, with no help. I went down the street to a competitor who was happy to just adjust my eyeglasses, went to Walmart optometry for a nasal pad that they were happy to place even though it wasnt an exact fit for the model, all for free. Eastern told me I would have to get new frames entirely. I have had the same glasses for years, which i really like, and the same prescription for decades. I have been a customer here for a few years and decided to switch. Ive never been to an optometry office in 3 decades that has been so unwilling to provide basic ancillary support for a customer/patient. They're fine/friendly, not rude, they just dont help you out. Appointments are 3-4 weeks out just to.grt sunglasses for a prescription that hasn't changed in 20yrs. I went to a local competitor and have one within 2 weeks.

I have been going to Dr. Gemma Meadows for years, and I would not consider anyone else. She is an excellent eye doctor and goes out of her way to explain what she is doing and takes her time to listen to my concerns, address them, and discuss options. She is a very caring doctor, friendly, and supportive. She also has a very good staff, and everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful, and friendly in their interactions. I highly recommend Dr. Meadows.....without any hesitation!

Had a fragment of metal embedded in my eye. Called all over to find someone who could help. Dr. Meadows and her staff told me to come by immediately. Dr. Meadows was able to remove the piece of metal and delivered an excellent standard of care beyond what I could imagine. My eye is healed and my eyesight is normal. Dr. Meadows is now my primary eye doctor and she will be adding my wife and two of our friends as new patients! I giver Eastern Eye Associates an 11 out of 10!
