Meh experience. My eye problem was misdiagnosed and was given the absolute wrong medicine. I don't think the doctor cared, really. The shabby, run-down offices should have been the first clue. Was recommended this place by Urgent Care, so took it on faith. When problem didn't clear up, ended up going to one of those fancy opthalmologists in downtown DC. Night and day treatment: prescribed the correct medication, eye problem fixed in a week.

My experience with Advanced Ophthalmology never lets me down. Dr. Ahmad provides great eye care and all the employees have shown me great customer service, in particular the optician. She is very helpful in seeing that my questions and concerns are answered. She was also very helpful when I was picking out glasses. Customer Service is important and Ms. Thao made my experience all the better. Thanks!

Dr Sophia was ok. Her MA was great! Felt like I was rushed by the dr. Trying to get Rx for my glasses has been a rough journey. They told me to "just stop by", went by, middle of the day, office was closed. Called, they tell me, oh yea, manassas is closed on Tuesdays. Thanks for a wasted trip. Was told they.dont know how to email the Rx, and they'd fax it. 2 days later. No fax, no link to the pt portal I was promised, called now, they're closed? Idk. At least I don't have to frequent them.

Was very disappointed with my visit at this office. After suffering a severe concussion I was having trouble with eye coordination and blurred vision. When I made my first appointment I showed up and was informed that doctor Lateef was not available and I only saw the other optometrist there. He was not able to give me much of an explanation of my symptoms and when I would be feeling better. The following week I made another appointment when Dr. Lateef would be in the office and I had a similar maybe worse experience with him. He was doing some basic tests to gage the severity of my eye coordination but he was not patient at all with me. He demanded that I move my eyes with an almost complete disregard for my current condition. I felt as if he felt I was simply not listening to his instructions and it was very frustrating. I felt that he was not a very considerate professional and I was shocked to find out he held an elected position. Will not be going back here again.

Horrible service, never sent pre OR post cataract surgery prescriptions. Called the office to send the prescriptions that were essential for recovery & said they would send it right over, went to the pharmacy 3 hours later to hear that the prescriptions were never sent over. Called again and was told that I never called to make the request even though they were prescribed prescriptions that were NEEDED for recovery that the doctor should have sent himself IN THE FIRST PLACE. After the procedure and recovery is fully done, never coming back!

Very bad. He was to concerned with getting elected. He ruined my mom's vision. She had great vision but needed surgery for cateracts. She was suppose to be glasses free..he told her but after her surgeries..she has terrible vision and can that glasses can't correct. He was very forgetful too. I'd give him a minus if they had that rating. Office staff was pleasant.

when I called to setup an appointment I have told all the information about my mother including the Medicaid with Virginia Premier to representative and she said that they accept that insurance. When I showed up for appointment they said that they are not accepting VA premier. This couldn't be the worse experience for customer who is on her wheel chair. I have worse experience

Front desk lady sent my sister who has not been able to see for the past 2 weeks to a different inconvenient location. Without letting my sister know where her appointment was scheduled at we went to the wrong location. Had to drive an additional 35 minutes and we called the other location to verify that the appointment was made and the lady on the phone had the audacity to say we had to hurry there. Very unprofessional considering the accident was on your guys end. Customer service sucked.
