I had an extremely frustrating experience with this eye doctor. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be left waiting over 20 minutes while he laughed and joked with another patient, completely ignoring those who were actually there for care. After waiting, I eventually left the clinic without even seeing the doctor.
It felt disrespectful and unprofessional--like my time and concerns didn't matter at all. A doctor's job is to treat patients, not to entertain themselves at our expense. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

My husband and I haven't had an eye check up in awhile. Dr. Mcnerney made us feel very comfortable and really took his time with us. Ms. Tracy was wonderful! She made us feel welcome, very sweet, and she also took her time with us. Everyone was so helpful and kind we will be with them for awhile.

We have to be some of Mr. McNerney's oldest patients as we started going to him in the early 90's. So needless to say, I think he's an excellent optometrist, because of the way he carefully examines my & my husband's eyes, & gives detailed information about their status & recommendations. I have never had a problem with the receptionists over the years.

I scheduled an apt as new pt for a sick visit, Ms.Tracy was so kind and she got me in the very next day. Dr. McNerney saw me, he is very knowledgeable, and very professional. Called for the first time to make an appointment, I saw good reviews on Google. I had a few questions as it was my first time. Anne answered, she was extremely rude, I was wondering times they were open and if they saw new patients; her sarcasm was off the roof and it totally ruined my afternoon. I was looking for a new eye doctor but I guess I won't be going here, I'm not looking for pro bono work. I would be a paying patient, but I would rather go somewhere that I feel welcomed at. I think this needs to be looked into
