I had a great experience with Dr. O'Dea and her staff while being treated for an eye injury. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Such a kind and thoughtful doctor. You feel as though she's your guardian. Her staff is just as caring and gentle, no egos here, only compassion.

It may seem harsh to rate 2 stars but I have never come across any health related office that's so terrible at answering their phone. I must've called over 20 times for the past week and nobody ever picks up or listens to voicemails. At the eye appointment, the dr asked more questions about my life than my eyes. I don't mind chatting but I also want to know I'm talking to a professional who can explain what's going on. The testing was rushed with no explanations given. I might as well get a new appointment elsewhere and I'll get a new prescription and glasses before they pick up their phone. Nothing personal with the staff but I wouldn't recommend.

Dr. O'Dea is so professional and thorough with her exam and took my concerns seriously. I recommend this office to everyone.

If you are looking for a wonderful thoughtful doctor then Dr.O'Dea is definitely who you are looking for. She has been treating me since July 2024 for Dry Eyes and today (April 1st 2025h she told me the best news that my dry eyes look so good. And I'm so happy. If you need an eye doctor then please by all means come to her and let her and her wonderful staff help you and your eyes feel better. Thanks again Dr.O'Dea

I printed out the forms I would need and had them filled out before I arrived. I know this helps them to help me faster and they really seem to appreciate that. Her staff there is excellent. I've read some reviews that were not favorable, but my experience was extremely positive. I am a new patient here and I got my first appointment in a very timely manner, within a week of calling their office. All my preliminary testing began within 10 to 15 minutes of my arrival. I didn't have that long of a wait before I saw Dr. O'Dea. She is very personable and professional and spent a great deal of time with me. She took the time to really analyze my particular health situation. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. O'Dea and her staff.

If you want to go to a place where you feel welcomed, then this is the place. Ms. O'Dea & her staff is very welcoming & professional. I been going here for awhile now, and every time my needs are met. From the eye testing, to the results as well. To be honest, Ms. O'Dea makes you feel like family. If you ask me, this is the best place to go for eye exams!!!!

After arriving ON TIME for my appointment, and completing all the paperwork, I asked how long the wait was. I was informed that the wait was at least an HOUR. I told the receptionist I would have to reschedule. That I could not wait an hour. That my time is valuable too. How dare they! As if we have nothing better to do than sit in their waiting room for their availability. Isn't that what the appointment time is for? So you didn't have to wait to be fit in? What the heck! I think I'll look for another Dr. One that cares a little about the patient's time and not just their money. And by the way....The waiting room was terribly hot!
