I recently visited My Vision Care for an eye exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses. I was blown away by the excellent customer service that I received there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The glasses that I made at My Vision Care exceeded my expectations. The frames were stylish and high-quality, and the lenses were crystal clear. I could not be happier with my new glasses, and I will definitely be returning to My Vision Care for all of my future eye care needs. In short, I highly recommend My Vision Care for anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses. The customer service is top-notch, and the glasses are of the highest quality. I recently had an excellent experience with my optometrist. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the office was clean and well-maintained. My optometrist was thorough in their examination, explaining each step and addressing all of my concerns. They also helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses, taking into consideration both my prescription and style preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this optometrist for their professionalism and quality of care.

I've been coming to Dr. Ashfaq at My Vision Care for 6 years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Ashfaq and the check in staff (shout out to Selina) are all very kind, friendly, accommodating, and I have never had a poor experience with my routine eye exams (lens and contacts fittings) and extended care with my own personal eye conditions. I am always greeted and feel like I am given personalized treatment, and this care is what keeps me coming back. I've get my yearly supply of contacts each year without issue, and the one time there was an incident concerning them they took care of me graciously and I am very thankful for that. If you're looking for a new optometrist in Woodbridge I highly recommend this practice and Dr Ashfaq!

My experience at my vision care was amazing, Dr. Ashfaq is very friendly and competent , takes his time on every patient to get the exact/best prescription for them. The staff was very helpful and polite. Got an excellent pair of glasses within the price range I was looking for. Would recommend to everybody.

Today, I was refused service by a medical professional because I would not make a retail purchase. I have been a patient at this practice for close to four years. I visit once a year for a thorough eye examination and to receive a new prescription for contact lenses. Earlier in the week, I made an appointment for July 3rd. I arrived 10 minutes early and completed the required paperwork. Someone also took my temperature. At this point it is 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. One of the employees comes over to me and says, "You can go ahead and select your frames". I then replied, "I am here for an eye examination." The front desk representative then proceeds to tell me that the doctor is only seeing patients who will make an eye glass purchase there in the office. I'm feeling confused as I wear contact lenses. Why would I be expected to buy eye glasses? I'd been here before and this was never the case. I'd communicated with the office three times this week before my scheduled visit. (1.To make appointment 2.They called to confirm my insurance info and 3. They called the day prior to remind me of the appointment) Not once was this "change in policy" ever stated to me. Even in the 30 minutes while I was sitting there waiting to see the doctor, no one mentioned it. This new information is not on the business website; not posted anywhere in the office or included in the multiple pages of paperwork. Needless to say, this practice lost a patient today. They didn't even apologize for wasting my time. I've already found a new doctor who does not require his patients to buy $700 eye glasses. I can no longer recommend this doctor. I was refused service by a medical professional because I would not make a retail purchase. I understand that COVID-19 has had an awful impact on many businesses, but this is not the way to try and make money that has not have been made the past few months. A true disgrace!

I would give a zero star review if possible. The glasses my mom and I received from this place were very cheap in quality and the lens itself doesn't clean well, and it is flimsy. I could find better quality glasses at dollar tree. They OVERCHARGE by so much a flimsy weak cheap glasses with prescription lens cost OVER 400$. They will scam you, do NOT go there. The ladies at the front desk will sweet talk you and get to know you just to fraud you of your money. BEWARE!

I have been visiting this clinic from last many years. Doctor is pro in his field and eye exam is up to the mark. Lady at front desk is friendly, and courteous. I was provided beautiful glasses in very reasonable price. Thank You
