Terrible customer service they do online appointments and everything goes through and right when you arrive 15 minutes before they call you saying the online system bas error and we don't accept medicate office manager doesn't accept their fault blaming me because she didn't do her job. Maybe they have something going on at home which they bring to work and take it out of patients never see a practice disorganizer and terrible customer service.if you have another option don't come to this place.

I have been a patient for about 3 years now. I was impressed from the first visit because the eye exam was the most thorough I have ever had. She could answer all of my questions and helped me to understand the issues with my eyes. I am so thankful that my insurance dropped my old doctor which forced me to find another doctor. She is highly intelligent, gentle, and patient. Love Dr. Kim!!!!

My appointment was great. The 1 star is for selling my personal information. I only put one piece of information that could possibly be used by a third party and sure enough the very next morning I got spammed by a Dr. trying to capitalize on this info. Total Vision had sold my info on their new patient check-in sheet. Totally disrespectful of their patients privacy.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the expertise of the doctor. Dr. Kim is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and will take extra time with each patient to explain their issues and treatment needs. She's the most thorough eye doctor I've ever had, and I am very appreciative.

My wife and I have been going to Total Vision for over 14 years. When we move to Woodbridge we were worried that we wouldn't find good doctors to replace the ones we had left from our previous residence. Dr. Kim proved us wrong. She is extremely patient and attentive. I have a complicated stigmatism, and wanted to try contact lenses. It took several attempts to get it just right but she would not stop until it was perfect. I cannot imagine another doctor in her profession being as patient as she was. I cannot say enough good things about her. We will be patients of hers for life for sure. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed.
