I took my father to his eye appointment and it was an amazing experience. It was one of the best customer service experience my dad has ever had. The optician Peter Cao was hilarious and he not only cleaned my father's current glasses and replaced the worn out pieces on it, but he was able to get my father 2 pair of frames at a low cost with all the additional things he needed on the lenses as well. We are truly appreciate of Peter and his manager Mr. Walters.
