Older lady at the front desk with grey hair is super rude and very short. This is the second time dealing with her. Her customer skills suck. Maybe send her to a few classes that can teach her some.social skills. She doesn't seem happy with her job. She's pleasant to the people she works with, but not customers. I showed up early which I was told to do and then she goes well your too early. Isn't it better to be early than late? Also why wasn't my insurance processed or asked for when I called in? She said she didn't know if my insurance would cover and had an attitude about that as well. Everyone else in the office is super nice and pleasant.

Great Eyecare center. Super friendly and professional staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind. I felt very comfortable during my first visit.

Today I went to go pick up my prescription, and I inquired about anti fog wipes, the lady with glasses and bangs in the front desk ripped me off for optiplus anti fog wipes, I asked the price she told me it's $10 when on the box it was written $5 and then she didn't even give me a receipt she said there's no receipt for this product and it's only going to be $10 cash not card and she just handed me the one on display And the box seemed opened. I checked later on and it was just 23 wipes not 30 like written on the box. Lesson learned for me but what a sucky customer service and untrustworthy receptionist (today around 2 pm. )

As a deaf person who uses American Sign Language (ASL), I rely on translators to facilitate communication, which is their professional responsibility. Unfortunately, Lisa has demonstrated unprofessional behavior, repeatedly stating that no agents are available without making any effort to find alternative solutions. This attitude is not only unnecessary but also discriminatory, as it hinders accessible communication for deaf individuals. [She hangs up on me while I have translators via zvrs]. Here the hint: Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals have the right to effective communication, which often includes the provision of qualified interpreters, and public entities and businesses must provide auxiliary aids and services, including interpreters, to ensure equal access.

Today, there is a 40-50 year old age woman that I was not happy with. My partner told me about her experience since I was at the car. She bought an anti-fog wipes and she asked for a receipt and the lady's response is that there is no receipt to give out. Since she needed it so badly she just did not argue...reached home and found out that there are only 23 pieces of them instead of 30. I love the lady who assisted her in the first day she came to have her glasses fitted. There are just some unfortunate situations like this one. Customers should always have receipts when they ask one. I only have one thing in mind if they don't give it out to you. They don't want their income to be taxed or someone is not doing something that is not right. Proper training for front desk personnel perhaps is much a better approach. We did not argue with anyone or anything. I just don't want it to happen again and or to others and the next one. I am hoping in the future it will be better. Respectfully yours,

Highly recommend this business. My daughter had a great experience with her exam and choosing her frames. Everyone who works there is friendly and kind. Doctor was very personable and took time to explain everything and offer some solutions that could help my daughter's vision. We will keep coming here from now on.

We have been coming here for years. We love the dr and she takes all the time we need to discuss everything. No complaints however the lady who works at the front desk is very short and rude evertime we go in. She's pleasant to her coworkers but very rude to everyone else. Its going to force us to find another eye dr unfortunately. From picking up glasses to making appointments we feel very unwelcome.

Both my children just had appointments. We will NEVER be back. The front office receptionist was quite nice and friendly. Unfortunately the Dr. got quite rude and condescending after telling him we wouldn't be purchasing glasses or contacts from them. After being quoted absolutely ridiculous prices, he started telling me how low quality other companies were. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
