Crain Eye Clinic

I'm here housesitting and had an urgent eye problem. My regular eye doc is in E. WA. I was able to be seen the same day by Dr. Li who was friendly, thorough, gentle and proficient. I happily recommend this practice.

I got an eye exam done here and had Dr. Li as my doctor and everything was fabulous! The front desk staff were nice, the exam was thorough and done with some cool technology, and Dr. Li was super personable. Very happy my insurance had me find this clinic!

Dr. Crain and his staff were so amazing! He was so informative and patient, and gave me any and all information I needed or asked for. His staff members were very friendly and gave advice on frames. They have a variety of frames, in a variety of price ranges. Scheduling is easy and quick. I would 100% recommend over America's best any day!

This Eye Clinic is great! The front desk staff are extremely polite and helpfull! Dr. Li was very polite and thorough in her exam, and was able to answer any questions I had! I had my glasses and contact lens prescription renewed here - and they NAILED it! My glasses are a bit complicated as they need to be high index, progressive, transitions with anti-glare (basically, the works). Once they understood my prescription needs, they recommended a different brand name (Hoya) for the glasses lenses. This gave me a wider sweet spot and finally allowed me to use my glasses while working on the computer. I'd previously been using contacts with readers as my previous glasses simply weren't up to the task. As soon as I came home, I made an appointment for my wife. We both need progressive lenses and no one else has been able to so perfectly and correctly fit my eyes for a new prescription.

The doctor is competent so I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1, but I have never had such abysmal response from an office in my life. My husband has been a patient there, and we have been waiting for literal months for contacts. We keep having to be the ones to call them to check on the status, and it is pulling teeth to get anyone to call us back when they say they will. It has been beyond frustrating to deal with this office and their inability to communicate with us timely and professionally. Maybe we have just been unlucky and everyone else has better luck with this office, but it hasn't been just one time we have had troubles getting them to communicate- this has happened on a number of occasions (I have even complained to them about it before). I have never written a negative google review before, but I am so frustrated I don't know what else to do. I guarantee you my husband and I will be looking for our eye-care elsewhere in the future.
