My eye exam was fine but glasses were made with the incorrect prescription and what followed was a two month long hassle to get it corrected. I was told twice by two different people that they reordered my glasses. Unreturned phone calls resulted in me going in person to follow up...only to find out that my glasses were never reordered either time. In the meantime I was going between my new contact lens prescription and my old glasses prescription which caused additional issues as you might expect. My glasses were finally replaced by the 3rd person I worked with and she upgraded my lenses at no cost and gave me a small credit. Hopefully my experience isn't common, as I am told they had issues with staffing. I will not take the chance here again.

Vista Optical was amazing! I took my favorite readers in to get them repaired and it was done promptly with no charge! I didn't even purchase them there. Rare thing indeed.

A different doctor used to work there and he was actually good at his job. The new one is so all over the place he doesn't listen to a thing you're saying. overall gave me the wrong prescription that is now going to be a huge hassle to correct. I'm not coming back here and will be disputing the charge

I have gone to Vista Optical inside of Fred Meyer in Auburn for at least the past 10 years. Dr Lee has always been easy to talk with and any new concerns with my aging eyes. I think the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This year after my eye exam with Dr Lee, I got to choose new hardware. Insurance says every other year so I'm careful usually and asked for help as I do each time. I discussed my concerns on weight of new frames and how it could contribute to my migraines. I live a good distance away from Auburn now, but went back to see if they could help with options because I couldn't wear the new glasses they were just too heavy and I got migraines more frequent. I started wearing my old glasses since the prescription was almost the same, but the frames were broken and glued together. Those frames were discontinued. The gal told me several options and one wouldn't cost me anything just would be an exchange, another option was 40% off. The computer would let her enter the order with zero charge, she just had to get permission from her boss. I have dealt with her boss many years before she was ever a boss. As a regular worker she was very nice and helpful. As a boss she could care less about a long time customer. Minimum she would help would be around $335.00 That's pretty hard for a senior that works part-time. Sincerely, Former longtime customer.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee and the team here in Auburn since 2017. I've never had a bad experience. Dr.Lee is always thorough and efficient with the exam. He never fails to remember personal details and makes you feel important amidst the hundreds of people he sees. Chelsea and Roban are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. Always willing to share personal testimonies with customers to make sure they're getting the products they need to improve their quality of life. Extremely knowledgeable and ready to troubleshoot to solve problems with you. I can't see myself ever going to another eye clinic despite having moved 1100 miles away. 100/10 recommend to everyone I know!

It's been almost 2 weeks to get my pair of glasses with plastic lenses. First the shipment got lost, then it get remade, and it still isn't here. Don't order from here if you actually need replacements. Office staff is friendly and tries their best to be helpful, but the company is trash and should be avoided like the plague.

Typically appointments make me anxious, but not when I go here. The whole team is great. Dr. Lee is very nice and funny, and Chelsea has great style and provides the perfect kind of customer service. I've been coming here for years and will continue to.
