I cannot speak highly enough of this eye clinic. The receptionists are polite and friendly -- they can answer most questions and work to reschedule appointments when necessary. The doctors and techs our family have seen are great. They listen and pay attention, and all exams have been thorough. I also appreciate the way they explain the medical stuff so clearly.

I had an appointment here for vision changes due to a TBI and eye pain behind my right eye. While making the appointment we set some expectations in advance it may not improve. The receptionist and the girl who initially pulled me back with my partner was great. However someone came to check the prescription and became unreasonably rude because I said I wasn't getting a clear vision on the device. Which was a known possible outcome. I then felt like she escalated her anger so I ended up requesting to leave without ever seeing a provider. I personally would not recommend this clinic to anyone and my partner was completely shocked when he saw it all happen.

My Rhuematologist gave me a referral and not even two full days later I got a letter from them saying they had all my info, making an appointment and welcoming me to their practice by saying they would take care of coordinating and sharing information with all of my doctors so everyone is in the loop. Like we're all on the same team or something.

I've been a patient with Kitsap Eye Physician for years now; my husband and I changed to them many years ago when my parents were patients, we've stuck with them because of being well cared for, and the staff at KEP are genuinely friendly and accommodating. I wish I could name everyone who works; unfortunately, the only two names that come to mind are Rhonda and my Doctor, Dr. Gagnon. Rhonda is part of the front office staff and is considered a long-timer. She's funny, attentive, and caring, overall an extraordinary person. I have never seen her rude or distant with anyone. If she has a bad day (which I'm sure she does, she is human), I've never witnessed it. And when I have seen her grocery shopping, she's just as friendly as she is in the office! Dr. Gagnon, he's professional but friendly, good-natured, caring, has excellent bedside manners, and seems pretty down to earth to my husband and me. The facility is clean; the restroom is clean with no odd smells or odors. Every room I have been in has always been orderly and tidy. I've never witnessed a messy parking lot either. If you need a new optometrist, consider Kitsap Eye Physicians; honestly, you won't be disappointed! Kitsap Eye Physician's location is at 2655 Wheaton Way, Bremerton, Washington. They are on the corner of Callahan Drive & Wheaton Way. They are a stand-alone building that share it with Olympic Peaks Optical. They offer an ample amount of parking spaces. I have never used Olympic Peaks Optical there for, I am unable to voice my opinion on them. Top notch doctors, staff, and facility, who were very patient with someone with extremely sensitive eyes. Excellent outfit.

I am a patient of Dr. Sorensen. On Wednesday, I had a 9:30 appointment for an annual eye exam. Upon arrive, the receptionist told me "there is no doctor today" She looked me up on her computer and said "I have no record of your appointment for today." My wife and I drove from Port Townsend for the appointment. I have an appointment card which I include below. The trip took 3 hours in total. When I told this to the receptionist she said "go out for breakfast." Hopefully, this will never happen again.

My first time at Kitsap Eye Physicians, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly, and I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Gagnon. He was easy to talk with, and explained things really well. I am looking forward to our next appointment next year!

THOROUGHLY dug thru the website for a way for a hearing impaired person to MAKE AN APPT. Not everyone owns a TTY so merely listing a TTY number does NOT make a business ADA Compliant. This business has excluded hearing impaired patients from getting service. NOT GOOD
