When it came to picking out glasses, straightforward pricing and no upselling, unlike other places. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and have scheduled the rest of my family to see him.
Caution: Appointments are hard to get, but it's worth the wait.

I went in looking to get a screw replacement for my glasses. I gave my glasses to Meghan, and when she brought them back, it's like she gave me a completely new pair of glasses. Not only did she replace the screw, but she cleaned them and replaced the nose pads. Megan did so much more than what she was asked to do, and it absolutely made my day

I looked on their website and look on Google and know where do they list that they are closed from 12:00 to 1:15 or maybe it's 12:30 to 1:15 for lunch every day that they're open this makes a third time I've come over to pick up glasses and I was told I did not need an appointment nobody ever mentioned they were closed from 12:00 or 12:30 to 1:15. I personally believe this is unprofessional on their behalf and I didn't appreciate it
