every time I go in, Everyone is super polite. Brandon always greets with a wave and a smile not normal for customer service to add the wave but he adds that spice. Patty is super helpful as well and I think the managers name is Jordan she has a great crew on her hands. what a true vision quest experience id rate you guys a 10/10 but with working with glasses I give you a 20-20.

I cannot rave enough about the team at this location. Their customer service is above and beyond. I lost my glasses in an accident. They were able to start the reorder process over the phone and I had my replacement glasses in a few days. They even remembered me from well over a year ago when I first became a customer. Their team genuinely enjoys what they do and their authenticity shows. I'm not a fan of Walmart in general, but I am a HUGE fan of their optical team. Cannot recommend enough!
