Over and over, College Place Optical has helped us quickly, efficiently and professionally. And their wide array of eyeglasses is awesome from funky and eclectic to sophisticated and conservative -- fun! Our most recent experience ... After cataract surgery on one eye, my husband's "new" glasses were obviously no longer the correct prescription. I asked if they would remove one of the lenses as he awaited his new check-up, so he could still wear his prescription for the other eye? They not only removed it, but put in another lens to protect it. After a month recovery, he had his new prescription and they were going to order the replacement lens. We barely got home and received a call asking if he could stop back by before they placed the order. The prescription had changed so drastically, they wanted to verify it'd work for him. Feeling buoyed by their caring service and getting a preview of his new lens, he was genuinely excited. Many thanks to College Place Optical for caring about their customers!

Such an amazing practice! I came in to get my glasses repaired, full on expecting to pay however much to get my glasses fixed and was told that it was free of charge even though they replaced an ear piece! I'm very thankful for the kindness and exceptional service. Will absolutely be coming here for my future frames!

Wonderful experience here! They went above and beyond to help us out of a jam with my daughter's broken glasses- they went out of their way to fix the old pair and we bought another pair as well- thank you!! Highly recommend!!

I didn't purchase my glasses here but mine broke and I needed them fixed quickly. They stopped what they were doing and repaired them without charging me. Super friendly, fast service. If I lived in the area and needed glasses, this is the first place I would go to.

It was a Christmas Miracle! We were visiting from Digby, Nova Scotia and when my husband accidentally stepped on my glasses, destroying the frame and arm, days before Christmas. We thought we were doomed but decided to go to the nearest eyeglass business to see if anything could be done. The friendliest woman, who was working on her own that day, quickly assessed the situation and told us to have a seat. She miraculously fixed the frame and arm, popped the lens back in, and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Crisis averted! And the added bonus - she refused to take a dime! Be sure to treasure this woman and this business Edmonds! (While we waited, I noticed an awesome array of stylish frames to suit everyone's taste.)

These people are great! Went in right before closing time to get my frames fixed and they were kind enough to fix it right there, and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely come back here for my future glasses/optical needs.
