5 stars isn't enough. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My son and I had appointments yesterday. The front desk staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient even though my insurance can be a challenge - being able to text with them is an absolute plus for this busy mom! The office is clean and inviting. The technician who took me back first was very easy to chat with, comfortable to be around, and explained everything she was going to do. Next was Dr. Wong - wow! He is a treasure! His interactions with myself and my son were very comfortable and easy. Not one moment did I feel rushed or upsold. I honestly truly felt so cared for-not like I was just another patient. My almost 7 year old son left saying he had "SO much fun!" Thanking God today for finding this place!

I have been going here for a while now. After having a somewhat urgent eye issue, Dr Wong was able to get me in and diagnose the issue. Luckily it resolved on its own but it is something that we continue to monitor. I bring my family here as well and it's been great. The selection of glasses is good if you are looking for some options better than what you would find at larger chain places. They are able to handle medical and vision insurance without issue. My only complaint would be that I do not like having credit at places, but with multiple people in my family coming here I come frequently enough for it not to be an issue.

I had a great experience with Dr Wong! He is very thorough and explains what he is doing. He has up to date equipment and his place is clean. The only thing I am sensitive to is 'upselling', I did not always know when it was an important part of the exam. Dr. Wong needs a new exam coat.

Received a color vision eye test for the military application my son is submitting. The RCCT test. The lady who administered a test knows the procedures to go by and make it accurate and correct. My son passed the test and we are happy with the results.

If you have astigmatism, consider a different place since Dr. Wong will charge an additional $135 for fitting contacts. Our insurance did not cover this part of the routine eye exam. My wife's doctor before did not charge her for this, and my eye doctor also will not charge for it. Kaiser Permanente's eyecare will not charge for it either. We waited awhile, and the appointment was unusually long, over an hour.

I am happy with my first visit! The staff is friendly and attentive and Dr. Wong is quick, efficient and thorough! He caught a possible big problem (we will know more in a couple of weeks)that my other optometrist missed and for that I am extremely thankful! I am comfortable bringing my family here now and we won't have to wait 6-8 months to get in!!

I started seeing Dr. Wong 2 years ago and each visit has been a great experience. This doctor is friendly, professional and very thorough with his exams. His team is also nice and helpful- I didn't catch her name yesterday, but the woman who did the billing for my new lenses was super sweet! I definitely recommend this place!

Great experience overall. Dr. Wong was super friendly, courteous, and thorough but efficient. Carol was also amazing; she was very helpful with verifying my insurance coverage and spent so much time helping me pick out the perfect pair of frames. Excellent service, safe and clean environment-- would highly recommend!
