Eye Associates Northwest

I've only been to Eye Associates Northwest a few times - one for what's called a YAG Laser Capsulotomy, a sort of touch up to my previous cataract surgery done elsewhere, then a follow up and lastly, a yearly eye exam with Dr Ha. This was my first visit with her. I found her to be professional, friendly and she took the time to fully explain what's going on with my eyes. i highly recommend the clinic and Dr Ha.

Phenomenal eye care. Dr. Wilbanks and the entire team at EANW are great to work with. Dr. Wilbanks did cataract surgery using Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) and the entire process was flawless. Definitely highly recommend them.

I always have a really good experience at the Edmonds clinic. The staff is very kind. Dr. Zollman is very knowledgeable, listens actively to patient's concerns and answers all the questions promptly. Overall great experience at EANW in Edmonds.

Last year I tried an eye doctor referred to me by my dentist & I never have been able to see clearly through his prescription. Decided to go to Dr Zollman because my elderly friend is really happy with him. Everyone in the Edmonds office were friendly & easy to talk with. Dr Zollman listened to my concerns & confirmed a couple of my long time issues are not as bad as I've been led to believe, which put me at ease. I'll be going back for sure.

I was a patient at the First Hill location of Eye Associates NW for many years. I switched to the Edmonds location as it is much closer to my home. So glad I did!! Significantly smaller office making the entire experience more comfortable and definitely less frenetic. Initial interaction with staff was very positive. Friendly and professional. Ian, a tech, introduced himself and managed my care prior to meeting Dr. Wilbanks. Ian very capably ran several tests and assessed my eye health and any issues of concern. Extremely impressed with Ian. Dr. Wilbanks was wonderful, quickly determining my issue of concern. Immediately provided a solution. Felt totally comfortable in his obviously very capable hands. Professional, patient and kind. Great communication skills. Outstanding experience start to finish! So glad I changed locations!

Dr. Nash is the BEST eye doctor a person could possibly have. He is always on time, listens, and very thorough in the eye exams. Eye Associates NW will be the only eye doctors I go to in the future.

They got me in very quickly for an emergency situation. The front office was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly as well. My eye felt 1 million times better within a short amount of time.

Dr Zollman and his tech, Anna, were very attentive, thorough, and kind. I had many questions; each one was answered patiently. This was my third or fourth visit to see Dr Zollman, and at every prior visit his demeanor and expertise gave me confidence in his abilities. Great doctor, wonderful staff.
