I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Edmonds Eyecare! The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They took the time toexplain my insurance benefits, which I really appreciated. The office was very busy the afternoon I visited and the team handled everything with positive energy. The manager even came out to offer waters while patients were waiting. The optical team was amazing too! They made the whole process fun even tho I hate shopping for frames. Huge thank you to everyone at Edmonds Eyecare! Highly recommend!!

I had an exam with Dr. G today. I was extremely impressed by her care, attention, and genuine concern for my well-being. She spent more time than an average doctor would to make sure that I am cared for and I understood her instructions on which drops to use and in which order and how will the pharmacy contact me to go over the prescription. I have seen Dr. Owens for years but since his retirement, I was concerned of new doctors taking over. I am very impressed and want to compliment Dr. G for her absolute professionalism, show what a caring doctor should be like. PS I did see doctor Bryan Karrick also, and thought he was an awesome doctor, too. Overall, a 5-star experience with the entire staff. Thank you for caring and the professionalism shown to me.

I would not recommend Edmonds Eye Care Associates to anyone. Since October, I have been waiting for a pair of eyeglasses, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating and disorganized. Initially, the optometrist made an error with my prescription, requiring me to return two weeks later for a reevaluation. I had purchased my own frames out of pocket and gave them to the office to insert the lenses. After that visit, I waited weeks for the glasses to arrive, and by the end of November, there was still no sign of them. In December, I was told the glasses had finally shipped, only to be informed later that UPS had "lost" the shipment -- including the frames I personally paid for. Because of this, I had to return yet again for another fitting about three weeks ago. I was assured the new glasses would be shipped directly to my home. Unsurprisingly, they never arrived. When I called last week, I was told there was an issue with their lab and that the glasses would be shipped as soon as possible. When I called again yesterday, I was told they were still at the lab but completed and would be shipped. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. A staff member told me a manager would call me back, but I never received a call. This has been months of delays, poor communication, repeated mistakes, and zero accountability. If you value your time, money, and sanity, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars I would. By far the worst eye place I have ever gone to. I was a patient of theirs until recently, first they canceled my appointment without calling me. I had to call them for a reminder of my appointment then they tried to get me in at the end of the month. Next they constantly call my mom when I have been handling my own appointments for over 3 years now. Then the day before my appointment I found out they no longer accept my insurance but instead of finding out from the company themselves I find out from my mom because again they call her instead of me which is one of the most frustrating things ever. Completely unprofessional and will never return back to this place ever again!

I came to this clinic after a disappointing experience at my daughter's previous eye clinic, encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, those reviews proved to be misleading. During the initial scheduling call, I verified two key points: that my daughter met the minimum age requirement for treatment and that the physician she would be seeing treated her specific eye condition. I also proactively offered to complete any necessary paperwork to transfer records from her previous clinic so they could be reviewed in advance. I was told this wouldn't be necessary and that the clinic would obtain and review the records before the appointment. Six months later, just days before the scheduled visit, I was contacted by the front desk and informed that the doctor wanted to reschedule because he planned to extend his Thanksgiving break. This was frustrating in itself, as this could have been addressed much earlier. I rescheduled for a couple of weeks later. Then, on the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received another call cancelling the visit altogether. I was told that "after reviewing the prior clinic's notes," the doctor determined he could not perform the necessary in-depth testing at their office and that he was not the appropriate specialist to treat my daughter's condition. The receptionist apologized for the "inconvenience," but that severely understates the situation. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was a complete waste of six months of our time. Had the clinic been upfront from the beginning, I could have sought appropriate care elsewhere and ensured my daughter received the treatment she needed. Instead, we are now at the end of the year, when most specialists are fully booked. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better doctors and clinics available; unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Dr Lianna Hall was very good. This is my second time to Edmonds Eyecare and they've been kind and helpful both times. Their glasses are a little on the expensive side.

Been a longtime patient of this practice. The staff is always friendly and great at explaining benefits and not overselling services I don't need. Frames are a great selection and reasonably priced. Will continue to recommend them and use them in the future.

The service I received was great; all the staff are very friendly, and the place is well-organized. Dr. Bryan answered my questions and explained my diagnosis in detail. It's fantastic that they offer service on Saturdays. Then, at the end, Emily gave me all the information regarding my insurance coverage for purchasing glasses and explained the benefits.
