K's Optical

My first visit to K's Optical. First, I had to buy new sunglasses, and another thing was to replace the lenses of the glasses I was using with other lenses. Every time I go to an unfamiliar place, I look up the map and read the reviews. K's review already had a perfect score. However, I had to give full marks to the results of my purchase of K's and the service I received. Kay sincerely treated customers. Always answered my questions honestly. Excellent know-how and agility from long experience. She was perfect, even with her modest kindness and restrained smile. I will be listed as a regular customer of Kei in the future.

K's always has a great selection of frames! She is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and always finds the perfect pair to match your vibe. I needed glasses that were cool and keep my eyes safe at work, and she knew exactly what to try straight away. Couldn't be happier :)

I bought my glasses here about 7 years ago and they are still working out great! The owner is so helpful at finding the right fit for my low bridge nose and I will definitely come back when I need a new pair. I just brought my young daughter in to look for her first pair of glasses and K was great at making the experience fun and special. I really appreciated the time she spent trying to find the right pair for her.

K's Optical is the best. Kay is a warm and friendly person and really wants to help you find just what's right for you! She takes the time to explain everything to you! She is super knowledgeable and very sweet! A huge selection of frames that she carefully picks out. I am a very petite person with a narrow face and she helped me pick a pair that I love. Everyone that goes to Kay's, already knows that she is an amazing person! So this is for the people that haven't listened to their friends or family when they suggest going to Kay's and the people who check out the reviews before going to a new place. Not that Kay needs another 5 star review. I just can't help it, so here's my second. All together, I think I've been into her office 8 times in 6-8 years and every time I leave I'm smiling, I'm happier and cheered up. I'm not sure how Kay does that (I wish I had that effect on people) but she makes everybody feel like they're #1. Kay is also a real professional at what she does. Not only does she excel at the technical knowledge side of her profession, Kay also has great taste and style. She knows which will look best on any person. Her office is filled with great products, so how can she go wrong. I can't say how much money Kay has saved me since I started going there because she'd have to hire more help to deal with the volume of new customers. Thank you Kay, you are the Best! WSJJr

Kay was fantastic! She took the time to pull lots of great options for me, though I just loved the very first pair of frames she offered. At pick up - exactly a week from my first visit, just as she estimated - she once again sat down and made sure I was happy with the glasses, that they were adjusted so they won't slip, and even swapped the huge case the pair came in for one that was much more manageable in size. I am impressed with how little glare there is at night when I am driving, and both the transition and progressive features work seamlessly. The only downside was that K's Optical is out of network with my insurance. Here, again, the customer service was above-and-beyond. Kay filled out the claim form I brought (for out-of-network claims, just downloaded from my insurance's online portal), made a copy of the receipt, and put both in an addressed, stamped envelope that I was able to mail on my way out of the building! I am very happy with the look, feel, and function of this prescription eyeglass pair - more than a week in and they are fantastic, just like Kay was.

Kay is amazing! Absolutely top notch service and excellent products. My husband has Alzheimer's and she has been so kind and helpful at helping us navigate issues with his glasses. In addition, I have a small face and need petite sized frames and she has a great selection. This is an honest business owner and I cannot recommend K's Optical enough!

I'm a customer for life and I can't imagine trusting anyone else after work with her. Even if I move away from Edmonds in the future I will make a trip to see K again for my eyeglasses needs. I was referred to K's Optical by word-of-mouth and I'm so grateful! Her space is beautifully decorated, clean, bright, and colorful. It feels welcoming and lovely. I dropped in without an appointment and was greeted with a warm smile and we had a great time finding the perfect frames for me. We talked about what I'd been wearing, what I liked and how I was looking for something more fun, a cat eye if possible and jumping outside my comfort zone. She listened to what I wanted and worked her magic to find the perfect selection. She carries a variety of styles, shapes and colors and higher quality brands than other shops. I was able to try on many styles to find the best one. It was a tough choice but I'm so happy with the frames I picked out. The turn around time was fast. This was my first time investing in a higher quality pair of glasses and I can never go back! When I picked up my frames she adjusted them right then to make sure they fit perfectly and comfortably. K even handled the insurance billing for me. I brought in a copy of my insurance claim form and K took a copy of my insurance card and did the rest. This was a nice touch and I appreciate her so much for making the experience a joyful one.
