I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Larinda Ogawa, PA during my skin care exam and treatment today. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease. PA Ogawa is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and attentive, taking the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam and treatment process. I truly appreciated how carefully my concerns were heard and how clearly my options were outlined. The treatment itself was exceptional -- gentle, precise, and tailored perfectly to my skin's needs. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout, and I left feeling heard and genuinely cared for. It's rare to find a healthcare provider who combines such professionalism with warmth and compassion. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the overall experience. Christopher Fors has been my esthetician for more than two decades. I have seen him for several different services over the years. Dr Kimberly Wenner has expertly provided elective cosmetic procedures for me over many years. Ive come to trust her advice without doubt, ever. She has also preformed my annual skin checks for Many years and for all those, I truly express great appreciation for her experience and professionalism. She has Always been consistent in her focus and also in her performance of necessary follow ups to positive biopsy procedures. All with expediency and consistent skill and poise. Dr. Wenner and her nurse, Karlee Blanca, have always been gentle, quick and effective with numbing injections, have both always offered complete education on procedures and wound care and they have contacted me personally with test results and made themselves available to me for any concerns I might have. They always make the time for that 'one more question' I always have. Even when my own schedules have been tight at times they have gone out of their ways to remain committed to my care. I am truly grateful to Cascade Eye and Skin for their wide range of specialty services and the many locations and the most excellent providers they make available to the public. Please: get your annual skin checks! It takes an experienced professional to identify underlying issues requiring follow up, and, to advise on the best follow up for each situation. We dropped our car key down a street drainage grate & couldn't retrieve it before needing to get to my appt at Cascade E&S for a contacts fitting. I called CES & explained the situation. We had a car we could borrow but our drive time availability was shortened. We arrived one minute before when my sppt would have ti be rescheduled. I was frazzled, but Sarah in the Contacts dept was so warm, kind, & reassuring . She helped me calm & reset, then juggled things around so she could still meet my needs while attending to the needs of her incoming patients. Sarah also clearly explained how & why my contacts Rx was different from my glasses, plus reassured me we could still tweek the Rx, if needed. She was just a call away. Then she loaded me up with samples to get me through the busy holiday season! It was another wonderful experience at Cascade Eye & Skin! PS: I also want to give a shout out to KJ, my tech from my eye appt last week! They are incredibly skilled, professional, efficient, & friendly. Thank you, KJ

I was treated by Jill for a dermatology appt. yesterday. I arrived a little early expecting to wait but was brought back right way. She was very professional,took good care in examining my skin, and was quick. I was in & out in just a few minutes (before my actual appt. even started).

I am a new patient of Dr. Kimberly Wenner and feel very fortunate to have her as my dermatologist. She is not only a wonderful doctor but is very kind, explains everything so I can understand and answers any questions I may have. Dr. Wenner also has two terrific nurses, Blanca and Karlee as part of her team. Like Dr. Wenner, both Blanca and Karlee are kind and when I have had to call the office with questions or concerns they are very prompt in calling me back and following up with Dr. Wenner. As a patient, I feel very well taken care of.

Larinda Ogawa is professional, caring, thorough and gave explanations during my full body skin check. Her nurse Evette was professional and friendly as well. I had a positive experience!

Dr.Ogawa has always been helpful with my medical needs. She honestly cares about her patients, from helping find help with the cost of my injections, to caring about my personal life. I recently lost my wife. Dr. Ogawa took the time to read me a poem and just listen. What a wonderful lady she is. Thank you.
