Every experience we have had here has been exceptional. Our daughter has special needs and they were tremendously kind, flexible, and patient in helping us with our fitting and ordering the perfect frames for her. We just had an issue with our frames breaking and additional issues with lenses and they have been prompt in communication and offering us assistance. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Christy is absolutely the best. She's the reason I keep coming back. I even followed her from Target optical. You guys do have a better frame selection as well. I tried one year picking frames without Christy, someone else helped and unfortunately I never wear them. SINCE THEN I'VE BROUGHT MY MOM, WIFE AND OTHERS ALL THANKS TO Christy and her honesty and great sense of style.

I recently used Gig Harbor Eye Care to order lenses for my sunglasses. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I requested the order and ETA was 2 weeks. However, my order was delayed due to an error/issue at the lab creating my lens. Though the laboratory is responsible for the delay of my order, Gig Harbor Eye Care still took the responsibility and kept professional service with my order. They have followed up and given updates each week. Finally, after 4 weeks since my request, I finally received my order. The product came flawlessly with a specific request I made. Thank you team! We are new to the area, and my wife's work colleagues recommended Gig Harbor Eye Care, and now I recommend it. I went to them because I needed new contact lenses and eyeglasses. From the first encounter to the last, the experience was excellent. Cassie at the front desk made me feel welcome on each visit. The doctors were knowledgeable about the latest contact technology and were patient with me throughout the contact lens trial period, allowing me to get the perfect fit and prescription. The eyeglass department offers various stylish frames, and Christy helped me find the perfect frames. She made what had been an overwhelming and challenging experience for me at other places easy and pleasant. Also, thank you to Jamie, Candi, and Steve for their assistance with communication during the process!

I have been a patient here ever since it first opened and can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors! The shop is spacious and beautifully designed, the staff are friendly and helpful, the doctors are very thorough and take the time to explain everything in plain language. I really feel cared for every time I go there.

The best experience ever!!!! Dr. Shin could not have been more patient and kind and encouraging with both my kiddos! Forrest and Felicity left the office excited about glasses (not even kidding!) I would recommend 10/10 100% of the time!!
