Dr. Harris is a great eye care professional and gives great understanding on eye health. One receptionist needs guidance. It's been 2 weeks waiting on new contacts that was ordered, to find out she never put the order in! Lame

As always, my annual eye exam with Dr Harris was very thorough. He takes the time and patience in the refraction testing (the 1 or 2 - better or worse questions). He puts thought and experience in my questions to him as well. His staff is very supportive and genuinely nice too. I had taken in my older adult special needs daughter for an eye exam earlier this year. Wasn't too concerned with the vision but more of anything going on in the eyes that she can't communicate to me about. He was just as methodical with her too. His gentle approach is greatly appreciated.

This was my first time with Dr Harris. I was very impressed with the time he took to do my examination. Especially that silly test that goes which is better one or two. I always felt so stupid with that but he made me feel really good about it and we actually made some good progress with it. So I was really happy and impressed about that. His front staff girls are impressive too. The one who helped us pick out new glasses was really helpful and she also took her time

I'm a contact lens wearer with an astigmatism and Dr. Harris answered all my questions about how the two affect each other. He got me set up with just the right balance in multifocal lenses (like contacts with *bifocal* capability) and I'm seeing the clearest I've seen in years. Awesome! Thank you Olympic Eye Care!

Great experience each time. What I like the most is the fact they don't upsell. I saved a lot of money by simply buying what I need rather than all the things I "can't live without or else ..." Dr. Harris is very good with communication and also does not upsell. He told me my options with my exam which helped me make an informed decision. One thing I do want to note is the fact my eyes are different strengths. I'm not entirely sure why other optometrists never told me that even after spending wallet-breaking costs on their products. Here, patient care takes priority over the dollar.
