Eye Clinic of Issaquah

I recently had a FANTASTIC experience with the Eye Clinic of Issquah (and Bellevue). I woke up with acute eye pain...went to Urgent Care and they said I had a serious scratch on my Cornea and they suggested that I go to my Opthamologist. I have been a patient at the Eye Clinic for years and they've always been excellent but their reponse on this recent injury was more than I could hope for. They got me in right away, Dr. Patel examined me and put in a protective/theraputic contact lens and gave me anti-biotic eye drops and they made an appointment for 2 days later to check progress. Thanks to their quick and professional response, my cornea healed well. Just can't think the Eye Clinic and Dr. Patel enough!

Very satisfied with Issaquah EyeClinic. Support staff efficient and courteous. Convenient location in Issaquah. Dr. Rizen is exceptionally qualified. He is personable. respectful and willing to answer questions.

Dr Phan is always profesional and to the point. She explains things in a way you can understand which is so helpful. Her staff is awesome as well!

I'm with Dr. Rizen for 21 years and I'm very satisfied and happy with his profession and work, he's truly amazing and helpful with his patients. His staff are kind and supportive and very friendly in both offices. Is rare to find a good service after COVID, because most of doctors quit working and they'r short on nurses and staff, fortunately Dr. Rizen offices is great and I do have a wonderful experience! Rock solid all the way around. Dr. Phan is totally awesome, very professional - yet she makes you comfortable. I have been her client for many, many years. She recently completed cataract surgery on both eyes, it was a home run experience all the way around. Her staff is always fantastic as well. If you are looking for a great eye doctor, you just found her ! ! !

Recently had my yearly eye exam and had my appointment my Dr Phan , she is very Nice and knowledgeable . We made some plans for next year on my cataracts. And great news she now has an office in Issaquah . No more being In Bellevue stuck in traffic. Thank you Dr Phan and see you next year .

Always a great experience. I usually see Dr. Rizen, who is professional, efficient, and friendly. The front office staff do a great job of following up and scheduling. The nursing staff is also great. With the overall healthcare experience seemingly declining everywhere, it's nice that there's at least one practice still maintaining a great quality of care.

Dr Phan is a wonderful doctor. She thoroughly explains her findings and answers all questions. She is kind and patient and her leadership makes for a very pleasant and competent staff.
