I just saw Dr. Chang at the Issaquah optometric center and I will make my future eye appointments here! Dr. Chang was very patient and I didn't feel rushed. Instead he explained, was informative and thorough. The office manager, Gloria, was lovely to talk to and very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to advice on frames and insurance coverage.

Methodical, diligent, communicative optometrist who keeps abreast with all the latest myopia control technologies and treatments. I trust Dr Chang with my three kids (ages 14, 12, 9) and their myopia have not budged for the last 3 years under Dr Chang's care! He's on time with appointments so wait times are minimal or none. he's great with explaining what's going on and all the options available in a way that people can easily understand. his office staff is pleasant and efficient, and ordering contact lenses through this clinic is a breeze. My kids have a comfortable time and great vision day-to-day and will likely enter adulthood with much lower myopia than my wife and I have. Overall, very grateful to have this kind of care and expertise in my community.

Dr. Eric Chang was excellent. We recently moved from vancouver to Issaquah, and were looking for a new eye doc--I was very pleased with his professionalism, equipment, knowledge. In particular, he took the time to be sure I understood what he had found and make sure that I had no additional questions. He's also followed up with me. I highly recommend him (and Sophia in the office), and will be continuing going forward.

I've been seeing Dr Eric Chang for a few years, and he is one of my favorite doctors of all time. His thoroughness in examinations and excellent bedside manner, his depth of knowledge in eye care and how it works in holistic relation to the body, his curiosity that keeps him constantly updated on the latest research, and his ability to explain/answer my (many) questions with incredible patience and clarity, makes him a world-class optometrist! His team, Gloria and Sophia, are a delight to interact with - friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable! This practice really sets the standard for eye care! I cannot recommend it enough!

Dr. Chang is outstanding, thorough and very patient. I have visited top eye care facilities in the US and would rate him amongst the best. He has state of the art equipment and is very methodical with routine exams and is also with complex conditions requiring attention. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.

Excellent care and service! My family has been seeing Dr. Chang for 5 years and have been so well cared for. Dr. Chang is thoughtful and meticulous, making sure to address all our particular needs from astigmatism to mulifocal lenses or even cleaning blocked tear ducts. There's also a great selection of frames to choose from... even for the variety of tastes and preferences of my family of 8! And the support team is amazing at taking care of all the details quickly and accurately. I absolutely and unreservedly highly recommend Dr. Chang & team!!

Dr Chang and his office staff are incredible! Every time I go I'm treated with kindness and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and makes time to answer any questions I may have. They were very accommodating to squeeze me in as I recently broke my frames- I can't say enough good things about this team. Highly recommend!
