Disappointed with Kaisers Optical Appt. For one the lady with long dark hair ordered the wrong frames. My glasses broke so I had no glasses for over 5 weeks and went around with headaches, etc. Then it took over 5 weeks for me to get them because they did not pass inspection. Then when I got them they were the wrong frames. I am going around wearing frames that look hideous on me until my original frames come in. She said she would put a rush on it since I waited so long as it was. It's been over 2 weeks and I still have not got them back. The other lady that wears glasses helped me and I felt rushed trying to find my ones I originally picked cause she stood over me while I was trying to find them. Every pair I tried on she said "those look good" just to get me on my way. I do not think she put a rush on them and I

I hadn't been to have my eyes checked for awhile and couldn't believe that I was able to get an appointment the same day! The fellow who helped in Hillsboro did a great job too.
I am very glad to be receiving my lenses in only two weeks. I was able to keep the same frames which saved me a lot money.
You don't need to do anything differently because everything was wondeful!

UGH!!!!! I can't find a pair of frames that I like that don't look hideous on me...... I'm an Asian black haired teen with the most awkward face ever. Recently I came home with a pair of beautiful transparent frames that I loved. The minute I show them to my family my stepdad gets upset, tells me he doesn't like them and said they didn't look good on my face in any way.i am now sitting in my room crying as I have been for the last hour because I hate my skin, my hair, and my awkward face.........
