My dog Yoda recently underwent an enucleation at Animal Vision Center, performed by Dr. Landry. From the beginning, I felt confident that Yoda was in excellent hands. Dr. Landry was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The surgery went smoothly, and Yoda's recovery has been wonderful. He healed quickly and is comfortable, happy, and doing great. Actually happier than before! The entire team was supportive and reassuring throughout the process, and it was clear Yoda was genuinely cared for. Yoda is diabetic so they even went the extra mile making sure he had everything he needed and properly monitored him, which made me feel even better! I am very grateful for the care Yoda received and would absolutely recommend Dr. Landry and Animal Vision Center to anyone and their first baby!

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Landry and his staff. Our kitty Gabby had a melting corneal ulcer and was very likely headed toward needing the eye removed. Gabby is about 16 and has been undergoing treatment for lymphoma for over a year by the time she was diagnosed with this ulcer in February 2025. It is now Memorial Day 2025 and her affected eye has almost completely cleared and is much less cloudy. We did have to adhere to an aggressive eye drop regime for over three months and Gabby had to wear an e-collar the entire time, but the results were better than we all could have anticipated. I wouldn't never hesitate to recommend Dr. Landry and the Animal Vision Center. I would get bouts of paranoia and would send in pictures worrying that her condition was worsening, but would always get a prompt response assuring me that she was healing slowly, as expected. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our sweet girl! Her spunky personality has returned

Great practice with caring staff. Dr. Goldreich is great with my dog, getting down on his level and taking her time to go at his pace. Unnecessary procedures and medications aren't suggested, they just want the best care for your pet.

I've been going here for a couple years. And love it. I have picked up his eye drops from the office, which has been very convenient, since I live on an island and our pharmacy is wildly inconsistent. Today I had the worst customer service. The push back to pick up his eye drops from the clinic was wild. I had to explain why, a few different times. And she kept telling me it's easier for me to pick up from the pharmacy. I asked if we can still pick up there, she said yes, but it's better for me to use the pharmacy. It ended with no prescription pick up, when my dog needs them, I really hope the pharmacy will have them before we run out. To be told multiple times what's better for me, when I know the pharmacy can take up to a week, and I'll be in town tomorrow. Never have had a pushback ever! This just makes me really sad. (Original review) Dealing with a cat scratch to my pups eye. They got me in so fast. They are so friendly, gentle and kind to both me and my pup. I am looking forward to his healing, knowing we have such a great team behind us.

My cat Henna was referred to Animal Vision Center by our Vet to see an eye specialist. Henna had a tough start when she was a kitten and when I adopted her at 10 weeks old they told me she she had very limited vision. Well 8 years later that has never stopped her. And I want to give her the best care. Making the appointment was easy and the staff were very helpful and understanding. Dr Landry was wonderful and compassionate since the appointment was during Covid he went over the details standing outside and discussed everything with me explaining in detail. Obviously my cat had some things going on that he reassured me I was doing the best and giving her everything she needed. Henna has "multiple ocular malformations and has no pain, but reduced vision. and some patients will lose vision in the future". I highly recommend Dr Landry and his clinic.

Dr. Landry, Dr. Waler, and the AVC staff were AMAZING to our puppy Goose. They were able to squeeze us in on a Monday to evaluate his traumatic eye injury. Then between the evaluation and our scheduled surgery, the staff were extremely communicative and patient with any and all concerns we had. The day of his operation, Dr. Waler and our surgery tech were empathetic and made sure we were well informed to make the best decisions for our pup. Dr. Waler did a beautiful job with his enucleation and the staff loved up on Goose, keeping him in good spirits and making the whole experience positive for our dog and ourselves.

My poor old girl developed an ulcer in her eye. The receptionist told me they were booked three months out but to send pictures and any info from her primary vet, so they could try and squeeze her in earlier if it was an emergency. Dr. Waler saw the info and said she would be willing to take a look and my dog between her surgeries scheduled for the following day if I could drop her off in the morning. After examining her, Dr. Waler called to explain the non-surgical procedure my girl needed and offered to do it that same day. All in all, it was less than 24 hrs from the initial call. Very glad my dog is no longer in pain.

Daisy was referred to Dr. Landry at AVC for what appeared to be an eye infection. He examined her and discovered she had Zero tear production in her left eye, she also has 2 Ulcers at 50% that were infected. She had no sinus drainage and her left nostril was constantly plugged and almost looked like it was trying to close. Daisy was given antibiotics and tear stimulation drops (miracle medicine!!) along with some lubricant as she has no tear production, her treatment went on for quite sometime. and I never missed a dose of anything! Sorry for the long review, but I am still in total awe!!! Six weeks ago she had a follow up, good news and bad news, Good news, tear production was back, infection was healed and ulcers had gotten smaller, Bad news was her eye was still VERY fragile and could rupture as the ulcers had damage the inner eye. He continued with a strong medication 2 times daily, nothing else and over the last 6 weeks, and last Friday she was GIVEN the Best news, tear production is 100% no vision loss from the event, and the remaining ulcer is till healing and has about 10% to go, eye is no longer fragile and no surgery or eye removal. Praise God for this doctor, Daisy is my whole heart and he literally saved her beautiful eye!!!! I can't thank you enough. This was all at a cost, I spent over $ 1,000 but understand specialized care is not the same at a vet check. Before and After pics :-)
