I have had too many issues with this eye care center. First, I have my eye exam and get my prescription, then I purchase contacts through a third party only to find out that my contact prescription is not the right one, the optometrist made a mistake. I go back in and he is apologetic and I am understanding. Then when I get my new contacts, after having to jump through many hoops to do so, they are rarely giving me good eyesight. They rotate constantly, which makes me have to adjust them if I want to see.

All I have to say is never assume someone is ok with you touching and jerking their head around. Unfortunately it ruined my experience and don't plan on going back. The physician was great and wonderful but I do not appreciate my head grabbed without consent by the other person I saw before the doctor. Hopefully they see this and learn.

This morning I woke up terrible pain blurry vision and tearing bad i called Vision Plus Mountlake terrace Eye clinic and got a immediate appointment I was so worried 2 years ago I had a Lens implant and problem was in that Eye, at appointment Dr. Gill took a lot of pictures to verify no Eye issues and then while examining he found a ingrown hair under my Eye Lid and removed it I'm just the happiest person and no pain good vision!!

I brought my 13 year old child here for an eye exam and it was found he needed glasses for compound astigmatism. I was given a prescription and told they do not offer glasses under his plan. I called around and was informed by the places that normally accept his insurance they they do not offer just lenses they only offer the covered lenses if the eye exam is also performed with them, and that vision plus should have informed us before the exam if they didn't offer the covered glasses, as it is part of their contract with Molina. So we are going to be stuck paying out of pocket for lenses when if we went elsewhere we could have gotten the lenses with the exam. I will be contacting my insurance is it sounds like they were in breach of contract. I called vision plus today to talk about this with my 75 year old grandma in the room (who has major hearing issues) and the girl went around the issue then accused us of yelling at her and hung up on us. My grandma was speaking to ME at the level she does when she doesn't have her hearing aids in. If your looking for a good place to take your kid with Molina insurance, try Nova in Lynnwood or alderwood optical, save yourself the headache and the $.
