Everyone in support roles is extremely kind, genuinely funny and friendly and helpful, by phone and in office. Dr. Kim is very professional and proficient but relaxed enough to answer all my questions every time. This person puts needles IN MY EYES and that is a big deal. I have never ever felt pain during procedures. I even had an Ozurdex implant which I had never heard of(steroid capsule into the Vitrea) IKR?! He explained everything and I just listened to his instructions and did deep breathing. No pain!!! I'm delighted because this is a chance to get the swelling down after years of no eye care. Also I live 45 minutes from Burlington but the care is So Worth the drive. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff. P.S. Check out the epic glasses available at the checkout desk!

The best eye doctor ever! Kind, compassionate and always concerned about your comfort. He's a very calming presence in what is a stressful situation; getting an injection in your eye! If you need a retina doctor, Dr. Kim is your man!

Everyone at PNW Retina is so nice and friendly and helpful. While getting a shot in the eye is not my idea of fun, I feel more than just a little fortunate to have such a marvelous clinic right here.

Dr Kim's office is known as Pacific Northwest Retina, is outstanding when you have Diseases or need Surgery of the Retina and Vitreous. I have been under care and every time i go its outstanding.

I recently saw Dr. Kim for my Macular Degeneration. I needed a retina specialist while I was away from where I live most of the year. He and the entire staff at the Burlington office were great.
