I was not advised ahead of time that my eyes would be dilated, sunglasses were not mentioned, and there was no suggestion that I might not be able to drive after my appointment. As I left the office, I felt discomfort, but I had parked in the shade, and started to drive away. As I drove into the bright, sunny day, I felt immediate stabbing pain and suddenly could not see, I had to pull over and wait for over an hour before I felt I could safely drive. home. It's too bad that no one from the office had warned me.

Called at 4:40pm to make an appointment. Sat on hold for 20 minutes. Started out 3rd in queue, then 2nd, then next in queue. Then suddenly I got sent to a voicemail to leave a message. This was at 4:58. If you are going to close before your stated hours, why make someone waste their time waiting to make an appointment? Avoid these worthless people. They have no respect for a patient's time. You should fire whoever takes appointment calls since they don't want to work a full shift. Bunch of clowns should go work at McDonald's
