My husband just had a hemorrhagic stroke. He lost his left field of vision and depth perception. Dr. Zurcher and the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient and listen to your concerns. He accepts our insurance and the other vision therapy clinic doesn't. We drive 45 minutes to this clinic, but it's totally worth it! We're hoping the vision therapy will help my husband fully recover.

I cannot say enough about the quality of care!
My daughter recently finished up vision therapy with Miss Rain. Dr. Zurcher did a few different exams throughout the process to objectively make sure my daughter was progressing. In addition to that, Miss Rain would spend time to give us homework every week to be a part of our daughter's progress.
My daughter enjoyed her time there doing the activities and even said she feels like she can read better and likes watching 3D movies now!

I took my son into the place on Oct 7th for glasses and never receive a call from them for months. Called on Dec 31st to find out where his glasses were. On Jan 2 received a text that the lab was processing the order and should have them soon. Received another text on Jan 8th (Thursday) after they closed that they were now in. Business now closed for 3 days and was told have to call to schedule an appointment. Called them on January 14th at 11:28 am and left a message because no surprise that anyone answers the phone. 1.5 hours later I receive a call from them while I am on the phone with an important call at 1:03 pm. I call them back at 1:09 pm and have to leave another message for them to call me back. I did not receive a call back that day or the next day so now I have to wait until next week. Will never use them again. My son has been struggling in school with reading and having to wait 3.5 months for glasses is crazy. I got my glasses at Costco in less than a week.

Excellent service. Today we had some time on our hands, but other people showed up late so it made our appointment longer than expected. But, it wasn't a big deal for us. The doctor was more upset about being behind than we were, honestly I didn't even notice the difference. It was my 8 year olds first eye exam so we weren't in any rush anyways. I appreciate the doctor acknowledging that fact though it showed me he was considerate of others and normally a very on time and prompt individual. He prides him self with being very timely he said. But we were treated with so much kindness and respect that we didn't even notice he was behind. Great service, clean and friendly atmosphere. Thank you: we will definitely be back. My lil one tried on so many frames they all looked so good on her she couldn't choose which ones she wanted. Merry Christmas thank you for everything. Call us when the frames come in. Thank you so much. We appreciate you and your services.

The receptionist was extremely nice and professional however she had a couple questions and asked another employee who was above her in the other room. The woman was very rude and snappy to the receptionist and was very loud and unprofessional about it where all the clients could hear it from the waiting area.
