I have been seeing Dr. Wong at Pacific NW Eye Care since about 2008. He is friendly, patient and professional. My children each needed an eye exam at one time or another and they saw Dr. Maxey, who is also very good.

I have used this business for my eye care for over a decade. It's a one-stop shop that takes VSP's affordable vision insurance. They have the latest technology if you want to pay for it, or you can buy a basic eye exam for less money. Dr. Wong takes the time to measure the right prescription, double-check any results from his machines, and explain each procedure. Their optician Maggie is skilled at ordering and checking advanced progressive lenses. When I complained about one lens being blurry, she explained that the lens needed a tighter tolerance, and she sent it back to the factory for a free replacement.

Signed in on the morning of the appt, waited less than five minutes and was escorted in for my exam. It was calm, professional and efficient. Even tho I'm retired, I'm busy, so was grateful for the prompt and courteous care I received. Thank you, Dr. Wong and all your staff!

Dr Maxey is very thorough and direct in her treatment . My son needed eye surgery. She referred us out and he got his eye condition corrected. She was instrumental in getting him the treatment he needed. I am always grateful and pleased with the staff and highly recommend the care of this team.
