Dr. Joey Renaud has given me the best prescriptions I've ever had. I have a difficult set of eyes and need multifocals. Before discovering Dr Renaud, I'd gone to many other local places to no avail. The others gave me prescriptions that were close but off. The result of his care for patients and attention to detail was the best I've ever seen. I can see. I've transferred to follow him from Kornmesser to Olympia Vision Clinic.

Dr Renaud is a very compassionate doc. He makes sure you are comfortable and addresses any questions you have. Olympia Vision Clinic is friendly and efficient. We've been patients there since they opened. Highly recommend!

This was my first eye exam here and my first since 2020. I was very impressed with the process and complete exam. I got eyeglass prescription, a contact prescription which included being fitted in under an hour. Then was able to order eyeglasses. I ment to make the appointment in lacey as it's closer to my home but the olympia location is good as well. Only reason for only 4 stars is that everytime i wanted to interact with the front desk the one person there was on the phone. Others stepped up and assisted, showing they are a team and work well together. I would recommend this and the Lacey location, and was very happy with my experience with Dr Wagner at the Olympia location.

Fantastic practice! Scheduling reasonable and efficient and on time when in the office. Staff are great, and Dr. Renaud(only provider I saw) was EXTREMELY nice and informative.

I showed up one minute later than their grace period allows for being late after getting caught up in a construction zone on my way to the appointment. They refused to see me. I've been loyal to them for the past five years, using them not only for all examinations, but I've purchased all of my glasses through them. I would understand if I showed up twenty minutes late or if I had a history of being a troublesome patient, but that has never been the case. I usually show up early, fully prepared. I have excellent insurance and my bills are always paid in full on time. This was one small incident that I had no control over. I will never go back.

Ovc is a winner. Scheduling is easy, front desk staff is friendly. Sydney the technician makes the exam workup easy and fun and deserves a raise for her consistent awesome customer service! Dr. Michael Wagner is very kind and professional, and takes time to explain exam results and your eye health. I would recommend him to any patients, especially under 40, as he is a young doctor and brings a sense of humor and freshness to the clinic. Parking could get hairy on a busy day, but I didn't have any issues finding a spot in the lot in front of building. FYI for patients with babies, the restroom does have a baby changing station. The lobby and exam rooms were tidy.

Great experience. He was professional, thorough, and very easy to talk to. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Dr Renaud.

I saw Dr Joseph Renaud today for a consult. He made me feel very welcome and answered ALL my questions! He is super knowledgeable and it's obvious he loves what he does. I strongly recommend Dr Renaud!
