VanVision Eyecare Center

Recently had an issue where I needed an emergency eye exam, recommended by my doctor. Van Vision was able to get me in the same day, within and hour and 1/2. I had been calling all over, and nobody had openings, and I was getting really stressed out. Not only was I able to get in quickly, but the optometrist was very thorough, and so incredibly nice. Really helped me and put my mind at ease. I love the new location, and I will be back again for my regular exam soon. Thank you so much!

Not a good experience! Make sure you adhere to their new patient policy. They will reschedule you if you do not fill their paperwork out ahead of time, and if you don't, you only get 7 min to answer 20 min of irrelevant questions (what hobbies do you have.) To their credit they sent me their policy and tried to get ahold of me, but they assume everybody is easy to get ahold of. Another note is the front desk person was snarky and rude she berated me for not answering my phone or replying to emails during work hours! Doesn't seem like a place that deserves my business, and I highly recommend people to find someone else to spend your money with!

10-10-10 out of 10-10-10 I especially like the friendly, upfront atmosphere and prompt service. They tell me what are and are not covered by my insurance. Dr. Ly tells me everything that I would and would not love to hear but I already know it and how to proceed with her referral, which I need to know. Again she is very candid, competent, thorough, and detailed in explaining all my questions (knowledgeable) in a fair-minded way, and is caring and cost conscious to the patient's benefit. Her office is equipped with state of the art technology and no nonsense professional staff. They will not charge you anything more than you have to pay needlessly. For example, they ask me if I want eye dilation (insurance covered) or flash digital imaging ($25), my choice is the latter, which is a more advanced preferred procedure, rather than to walk away with dilated eyes. Van is great, her front staff Britney is incredibly difficult and hard to work with. I've never had a good interaction. Great eye care, just prepare yourself for poor customer service.
