I can't say enough good about Dr.Lam. I've had to make regular trips to a dermatologist the past 20 years due to very sensitive cancer prone skin. I recently moved to Washington. I know when a dermatologist knows his s business, having experienced all kinds. Dr.Lam is very knowledgeable and combines that with common sense, humility and a genuine concern for his patient. And what a nice guy! I give him an A+

This was a follow up of my initial visit to this clinic. Once again, I felt welcomed as I was checked in by the admin tech and waited for my appointment time. The nurse was professional and courteous as she ensured all information for this visit was accurately inputted. Dr Lam is very personable and so easy to talk with. This followup visit confirmed his accurate diagnosis of my issue at my first visit and the effectiveness of the medication he prescribed. Thank you, Dr Lam and staff!!!

Surprisingly, it was a super fast appointment. I think I waited three minutes in the waiting room. The MA came in right away. She was very friendly and seemed competent. The actual dermatologist literally came in like five minutes later I want to say I was in and out in 25 minutes.. The dermatologist herself seems very competent professional, and also empathetic. I rate my experience very highly and have a follow up appointment to reschedule for next year.
