My experience here has been so wonderful. I have been dealing with eye issues for a couple of years. No other optometrist referred to anyone to help with the issue. It turns out that I have a medical problem with my eyes. We are working on solutions for it. There glasses center was so good. A great selection of frames. Great communication. There was a problem with the lab about my frame and they let me know right away so that I could choose a new pair. I highly recommend Claris on Lilly

Made an appointment for November. They called the day before the appointment to tell us they don't accept our insurance. Made one for a Monday in March at that time. Received reminder call at noon the Sunday before. No way to call back to reschedule. Who sends reminder notifications on Sunday with no way to contact? Called Monday morning and waited on hold. Got disconnected. Frustrating all around.

I went for a follow-up contacts and vision check. Arrived before 10am for a 10:15 appointment. I was waiting for more than an hour and when they have not called me, I decided to ask about my queue and where they at.
I end up cancelling my appoinment that day and I just asked a print out of my eye prescription and left the clinic without seeing the doctor.
Im moving to a different provider, it seems they don't value people's time.
The lady at the front desk was nice and symphathetic though.

Will not be going back! The lady doing my daughters contacting fitting was very rude and took a smoke break during her fitting coming back smelling like cigarettes. Extremely unprofessional! The billing department is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. My insurance was never billed so I was sent a huge bill and had to spend so much time clearing that up and now I am still receiving bills for the amount I did owe that I have already paid twice. Such a mess and they are mixing up my son and daughter's accounts. Will not be returning!

I was referred to Clarus Eye center for evaluation of cataracts, and a diabetic eye exam. The visit consisted of a sales pitch for corrective laser eye surgery. The evaluations I was sent for were not performed. It was more like a sales pitch for a time share than a medical exam. Now they're calling me trying to schedule further sales pitches in a harassing manner. Also, I told them I could not afford anything not covered by Medicare and they said "Medicare should cover everything they're doing today." Now they're hounding me for $110 and they didn't provide any service I had scheduled the appointment for.

I got one right away and after an exam, Dr. Matthews immediately diagnosed it correctly and the Rx she prescribed was extremely effective in alleviating all my symptoms in just a few days. Thanks to the entire, friendly and competent Clarus team in assisting Dr. Matthews for the great job they all did.
