Dr. Olsovsky was so great! Personable, thorough, & I left feeling well looked after. He did the "pretests" himself which I'd never had the Dr. themselves do anywhere I've ever gone. His desk clerk was more than helpful in finding my insurance coverage & sweet in doing so & super nice in having to. She even thanked me for coming in early enough to allow her the time to do so. Ty took great care in helping me pick just the right glasses after my exam. I've never had an associate bring me glasses that fit my face just so. I've always been left to my own devices everywhere I've ever gone. So, yes, my experience was 5 STARS!

The front reception was wonderful, helpful, and patient with me when scheduling and rescgeduling. Dr. Paul Olsovsky was great. He answered all my questions and i feel like my new glasses and contacts are perfect. All the staff were brilliant when it came to knowing and understanding the insurance piece as well. The doctor needs an assistant. With that being said he was extremely organized and worked hard and got my family of 4 through in 2 hours. He didn't over book himself and his patience to make sure everyone was examined properly. I have been her for at least 3 years and he totally understands and listens to my input on how I am seeing. This was my first exam here and I couldn't be happier. Dr Paul was personable and professional and gave me a thorough exam and discussion about my eye health and prescription; the office staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a good selection of frames to choose from. And although these are definitely challenging times due to Covid-19, I felt confident that they were taking all the right steps for the safety of their patients and staff.
