Very easy experience purchasing glasses for myself and a family member. The area to try on frames is spacious and you don't feel rushed to make a decision. The selection was large and reasonably priced at different price points. Noelle was my associate and she was tremendously helpful. She went out of her way to be sure that we received any available discounts. She was very personable as was all the staff that I encountered during my visit. Very pleasant experience overall.

Set an appointment for a follow up, per the Dr.'s instructions. Confirmed via text days before exactly what I was headed in for. Took time off work to go there, the receptionist confirmed why I was there when I arrived and told me the cost. Was told my appt was running late. Few minutes later I am informed the doctor is leaving cause their shift is over and I'm gonna have to reschedule. What the actual hell. You going to reimburse me for 3 hours of missed work due to your mistake?? Will not return after 3 years of going to this location.

Writing a review before I've even attended the appointment because the service over the phone was so great. The girl who answered the phone was Lessa. She was so inviting and exuded a kindness I wish my employees could. I asked if there was a manager that I could compliment her to, and she said she IS the manager (which makes total sense). So what that means is I've gotta compliment her even higher up the ladder. If you're the Regional Director and you're reading this, give her whatever she wants. You need her.

Paid $700 for a set of frames only to have the nose bridge fall of within 3 months. The workmanship is terrible at best. The brazing was done so bad, we don't know if we would even trust them to do the repairs.
