We can absolutely see why the reviews are so positive. Amber and Jace were particularly fantastic to work with. Jace took great care in explaining our options and providing a first-class experience. This Visionworks has an incredible staff. Vera and Jacob helped me with my order. Both have an incredible eye for detail. I love it. You can't get better than this place. To top it off they are very friendly and understanding.
I'm really loving this new location too--it's nice and bright, something those of visually challenged really need when finding new glasses. The frame selection is top notch too. They really care about you at this clinic!
This is a well run clinic. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and thorough in preparing information to the doctor for the eye examination. The clinic was able to provide testing with photos of my eyes to check for signs of glaucoma or cataracts. This is a wonderful option with no dilation.
Dr. Su is a very astute and experienced clinician who gave me a clear explanation of my eye health, and was able to provide referrals by my request. She knows her craft well. She provided practical suggestions on future care. This was the best eye examination I ever have received. She answered all my questions.
Last the staff helped me choose the best set of glasses at various prices and styles.
I am very pleased with their service and I will definitely refer them to friends and families. They are a great team! They really care about you!
