20/20 EyeCare Center

I have been impressed with their personal helpfulness and service over the years and have never felt a need to go anywhere else for my eye exams or glasses.

I was in Port Orchard from out of town and injured my eye. They were able to get me in the day after I called! The desk staff and nurse are very nice and helpful, and helped put me at ease throughout the uncomfortable situation (I hate going to the doctors, especially for eye injuries). They were able to take my Washington Apple Health insurance through Community Health Plan of Washington, and I didn't even have to pay a copay during either visit. Dr. Lopez did the initial inspection of my eye and he was very gentle and knowledgeable. He found the infected cut on my eye and prescribed me an eye drop that helped my eye start to heal quickly! When I came back a few days later, Dr. Iversen checked out my eye to make sure it was healing properly. She was very gentle and knowledgeable as well, and gave me advice on how to continue using the medicated eyedrops and normal eye drops. Thank you 20/20 EyeCare Center, I will be back for any future eyecare needs!

Great place! Everyone is always kind and in a good mood. The DR's are fantastic also. A little old-school as far as tech. But always great service. The only downside is hours (It's hard to make it on the weekdays) and non-trending eye glass selection on hand. ***Hours are incorrect on google.. went to pick up my glasses and they were closed... ***see attached photo for hours.

The team was kind and helpful in helping me set up my care here. I 100% felt that I was heard with my needs as the team worked with me to get the glasses I wanted and even went over a concern for my eyes that I had. You've probably passed by this little spot for a while now, and I'm telling you that your time is worth spending here to get your eye health taken care of.

My husband and I visited them last month for our first visit. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Denise was my eye doctor .. she is so friendly and a big animal lover I appreciate them all. They don't have a huge selection of frames, but they're happy to order other frame options for you.

I have yet to go in for the appointment but I figured I would leave a positive review for Stacy. She was great over the phone, very professional and polite and didnt even bat an eye at me messing up my own birthday lol. She even put me on the cancelation list. Stacy deserves a bonus and if she doesn't get one, it's 1 star off my review after the appointment. I'm kidding of course ;).

The doctor is very nice and very patient and good with kids and works very hard to make sure all of our questions are answered and to make my kid feel comfortable during the process. He's great at making us laugh with all his jokes as well!

I took my daughter here for her first eye appointment. We arrived at 8:30AM right on time. We get through all the pre-testing and end up waiting for the doctor for 20 minutes. I had to open the door and ask what was going on. I was told he hadn't called or anything and should be there soon. She was missing school and I was missing work for this. I said I couldn't wait any longer than 10 more minutes. 6 minutes later I'm told that he's on his way and his meeting ran late. I had to reschedule for the next day because I needed to catch a ferry to work. I don't know why on earth first thing appointments would be scheduled if the doctor had a meeting scheduled as well. Very unprofessional and left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say we did not go back and I've found another eye doctor for my daughter.
