Love this clinic! The eye doctor is kind, efficient, professional, and an absolute delight- same with Amber (the eye nurse??). In addition to great service and so many beautiful frame options, the building itself is gorgeous and has lots of unique art and comfortable furniture. This office is a delight to visit, which is honestly a great incentive to keep up with eye health. Would absolutely recommend for lgbt patients, trans friendly!

We had an excellent experience at the Woodridge Vision Clinic! Dr Ngan and her staff were absolutely wonderful! They were warm, friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Came for a vision exam and bought a pair of new glasses, as well as lenses for an existing pair. The vision exam was great but the lenses purchase experience left a sour taste. My own frames broke in the lab and while I got a refund for the lenses I only got an apology for my now broken frames. I understand mistakes can happen and I didn't expect much compensation, but as a sign of goodwill I would have expect maybe $50 off as an apology and sign of trying to make it right, which wouldn't be even 10% off what I had paid cash for the exam and new glasses. But unfortunately there was no willingness at all to try make it right for a new customer, so sadly I can't recommend them. At least not to buy frames or lenses, I do recommend the Dr. for the eye exam.

My family has a wide range of needs and we are all very happy: 69 yr old who prefers readers; 62 yr old who's been wearing glasses and contacts for decades; 23 yr old who's worn glasses for 10 yrs. I love the selection of lightweight frames. Staff are friendly. Doctor does a great job making everyone feel comfortable.

Dr. Ngan is amazing! She is a great listener and is a fantastic eye doctor. Residents on the Kitsap Peninsula are fortunate to have someone with her knowledge and expertise. I live 40 miles away and still go there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I LOVED my visit to this clinic. Janice Ngan and all of the staff members were superb. Genuinely friendly, kind, and efficient. It took me 2 years to find this clinic b/c of too many eye clinics in Kitsap County failing to support vaccine & mask mandates. Everyone was fully masked - they protected me! Thank you!

I've been going to this clinic since at least 2009. Both Dr. McGrath and now Dr. Ngan have been fantastic eye doctors for me. Everyone in the clinic is extremely personable. I've never had any problems over the years. This is an easy 5 star recommendation for me.

When I first moved here, I stopped by to get my glasses adjusted. Not only where they extremely friendly, they had no issues adjusting my VA issued glasses. I was so impressed with them, that I had my wife get glasses from them and she also loved the service. This year, I had my eye appointment done here and submitted to the VA, and once again they were extremely friendly and professional. They helped me with other medical issues that was causing me vision problems and even helped me with the VA to get a second vision test and a 2nd set of glasses. There is absolutely no reason to go ANYWHERE else. Stop looking, this is where you want to get your eyes taken care of!
