I have to say, this place went out of their way multiple times to be helpful to me when I recently broke my glasses and didn't have an appointment for another 5 weeks, it was the soonest they had at the time. They called multiple times to try and fit me in sooner when they had cancellations, got me a much earlier appointment, and then even took the time to call me days after this out of the blue to offer me a pair of trial contacts to help until I could come in for my new eye exam, even though my old prescription was two years old. So impressed with the staff. Truly above and beyond. Thank you all so much for being so helpful.

After being rescheduled for two appointments, three altogether, the staff called to say they wouldn't be able to see me because my referral was from another eye care business and not from my primary care physician. It sure would have been nice if they would have told me this when I called the first time and not nearly two months later. Not sure who is running this office , but I sure dont appreciate being on hold for twenty minutes. It's nearly impossible to speak with anyone, and there is no email listed.

Right when you walk into the office it is very nice, spacious, and clean and you are greeted with a smile from the lovely secretaries. Stephanie was the tech that worked with me and she was very nice and knowledgeable she was able to do my refractions right in my wheelchair which made me feel very comfortable. Then I got to meet Dr Hardaway to finish up my exam. He was very kind and both explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I did not get the chance to go to the Optical Dispensary but I'm sure that is a great experience as well. Thank you Kitsap eye physicians

I was having right eye redness with pain and was able to get an appointment within two business days. When checked in I was promptly taken back and treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Sullivan was very kind and personable. The receptionists were courteous as well. The overall experience was 10/10, I will definitely be making appointments here the next time I need an ophthalmologist.

Kind and caring staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was sterilized more than at the hospital so I felt reassured I was safe during covid. Only wish my prescription included PD so I could order my glasses online and avoid going to a public place again. I will definitely go back and recommend them to others.

The staff are super unfriendly annd unwelcoming . Every time myself or a family member has had an appointment the staff was very condescending and a very rude attitude. I'm no longer giving them our business.

I have been calling Port Orchard office for several days. I just get an answering machine and the only option is to leave a message. So I left a message for a call back to schedule an appointment. No one bothers to call me back. So I drive to the office and ask to make an appointment with my optometrist (Dr. Sorensen) and I am told that she and all other optometrists are booked pretty far out and I wouldn't be able to see Dr. Sorensen until June 6 (2 months!!). Very disappointing to say the least.
