I had a mixed experience overall. Dr. Kim was good, professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain my results.
Unfortunately, the experience with the front desk staff was not as smooth. After my exam, it took quite a long time to speak with someone, and when I was finally being helped, the staff member kept answering phone calls while assisting me. I found this a bit inappropriate and distracting.
